"Who are you!?"

"Your shoulder I'm so sorry, I didn't mean it!"

"You didn't mean it, you put a ARROW in my SHOULDER!"

"WELL IN MY DEFENSE, you were just standing there, MENACINGLY!"

Kyle sat there, dumbfounded. This shadow's voice was so familiar. Where had he heard it before?

"Wait, wait, wait... Uniform? Skiff? Whispering Woods... you work for the Horde don't you!?" His tone shifted almost immediately, to something very angry and hurt.

"Used to. Don't any more. I go back there now and I'm dead." Kyle muttered. It stung thinking like that. Will he was tired of everyone treated him like trash, they kinda were the only family he had ever had. He bit back tears as he waited for this future's judgment. Guilty.

"Adora?"

Silence.

"Did you know Adora?"

Kyle rolled his eyes a little. "Yeah, I knew her. I mean, we all knew each other. We grew up together. We weren't, like, amazing friends or anything... We just kinda... sorta! Talked?"

The cloaked man thought it over. He didn't want to take his chances, but, maybe Adore could have some insight. I mean, she had ran away and turned out to a lost princess. What if the same were for him? Well, maybe excluding the lost princess part... or maybe not? Who was he to judge.

"Ill cut you a deal. You come with me, and talk with Adora, and we heal the arrow right up."

Kyle remembered the pain in his right shoulder and weakly nodded in agreement.

"I'm Kyle." He said as the figure pulled him up.

Removing his cloak, he greeted him with a warm smile. "I'm Bow!"
