felix arrived a bit later than what he was supposed to and got a small, rather comical scolding from juho, but with a quick apology, he was allowed to return to work. he had the responsibility of the smaller bouquet flowers — they had a large order of 100 small bouquets of small white flowers and yellow tulips.

he got to work soon, getting into the mood of working quickly. he bunched about two yellow tulips with a bunch of white flowers. felix loved working with flowers — it was just so relaxing and calm and better than any stressful job.

"lee felix?"

felix looked up when he ehard his voice. the door to the flower shop opened and felix widened his eyes. choi san had just walked in, looking as ethereal as ever. he had dyed his hair a light blonde/ashy grey, and it complimented him so well. the said male smiled widely upon realizing that it was definitely felix he saw.

"san?" felix stuttered, standing up from the work table. san walked to him, putting his hands into his jeans pockets.

"we finally meet," san smiled. "how has it been? I haven't seen you in almost a year. missed having you around."

felix turned a bit red. "shut up, I bet nothing changed with me gone."

"a lot changed!" san exclaimed quickly. "classes became so boring without you. honestly, our class needed you. why did you leave?"

"uhm, personal reasons," felix hummed. "what are you doing on this side of town?"

"oh, my sister ordered the large order for the flowers. she asked me to come check on it. who would've thought that I'd see your pretty face here?" san smiled, tilting his head slightly. felix laughed, covering his face quickly to hide his face.

"ah, I forgot what it was like to have you around," felix smiled. "did you ever fall in love?"

"I did," san admitted, "but that was forgotten when I got your number from changbin hyung."

felix frowned. "huh?"

san chuckled. "can I take you out on friday? it's the mauve festival, and I'd really like to take you."

felix widened his eyes. "th-the mauve festival? don't you usually take… you know… the one you think you'll be with forever or something like that…?"

san smiled. "I'll pick you up at 5 this friday, then."

felix turned red quickly. "o-oh. okay, not going to lie, that was smooth."

san smirked a bit. "of course. I'm choi san."

felix bit his lips. "I'll see if I can make it as a… a date. my friends will probably want to go as a group. not gonna lie, I have another person in mind, but… I'd love to go with you, san."

san smiled. "I'd love to go with you too."

felix heaved a breath and looked at the flowers quickly. "uhm! what are all these flowers for?"

"oh, my sister is doing a thing for snuper's comeback 'tulip'. she likes snuper a lot. well, she likes groups. they're going to be busking in the city centre and she's going to give bouquets for the fans that requested," san explained.

"oh, that's cool. that's why she wanted tulips," felix hummed. he turned to san with a smile. "well, I'm doing well with the bouquets and you just came to check on that, right?"

"ah, that's right — I'll leave you to this, then," san smiled. "it was nice to see you, lix. I hope to see you around more. until saturday, I guess?"

felix smiled. "until saturday."
