"It's only the 6th day of school, Haley. You can't be tired of going already!" My mum says, making me roll my eyes.
"If you had to wake up at 5am, do homework, eat horrible school lunch, and have drama around you all day, you'd be tired of going already too, Mum." I say, making her look up from her book that she was reading on the couch while you got ready for school.
"Yeah, okay, Haley. Go get ready, I'm taking you to school in 20minutes." I walk up the stairs and to my room.
'There's no cute guys in my school either. They are all fuckin' ugly.'
I say in my head making myself chuckle. I grab a hoodie that says, "dead" on the front and "look at the front," on the back. I grab black pants and grab my high tops vans. I get dressed and walk over to my makeup/hair station I had in my room in the corner.
I put a little tad of makeup on and get a text, ding!

I laugh and set my phone down, "rat left me on read."
I brush my hair and grab my phone and put it in my back pocket. I leave my things at school in my locker Incase I lose anything. I head downstairs and say, "Mum! I'm ready to go."
"Alrighty. Go get in the car. I'll be out in a second." I nod and grab the keys and run to the car.
I get in the car and turn it on. I plug in the aux cord and play "everyone died in their nightmares" by x. {r.i.p :(}
My mum walks in and gets settled. "You won't stop listing to the x guy." I giggle and she starts driving to the school.

I see Lindsey and tell my mum to drop me off. "Love you. I'll pick you up after school." My mum says. "Love you too and okay." I get out and run to Lindsey.
"Where's the new guy!?" He laughs and points inside the school in the office. "Woah." She laughs harder and I say, "we have to make up a excuse to go in there."
"Yes! What should it be?" I hold up my finger and look around. Oh! "James! Do you have a piece of gum?" I say, to James who's one of my other friends.
"Yeah. Here." He says, giving it to me and smiling. "Thanks." Lindsey laughs and says, "that's a way.." I laugh and shrug.
"C'mon, let's go." I say, holding the gum up. We walk in the school and walk in the office. Everyone including the new guy looks.
"Hey Mrs.Jenkins. Here! I'm handing out gum to some of the workers and you're one of them." She smiles at me and gets it. "Thank you, Haley. I needed this. Come back up here at 7am to help me with something. Okay?" I nod and me and Lindsey walk out.
