I wake up to the sound of a hairdryer blowing furiously. I look up to see Sam giving herself a blow dry. She is wearing a green and white flower patterned dress with white thigh high boots. A bit bold for school isn't it?
Crap, I need to get ready. I rush into my closet and grab the first thing I see. I change into it and I realise what I am wearing. A bright orange belted blazer dress, why do I have this in my wardrobe? Louise, of course she did. Probably to broaden my fashion taste. I don't have time to change so this will have to do.
I put on my white trainers and take out my white Ted Baker bag. I go back into the bedroom and start shoving notebooks, stationery, my phone and anything that I think I might need. I feel Sam's eyes look at me. 'What?' I say as I start brushing my hair vigorously.
'That's one way to make a first impression Evelyn,' Sam laughs as she finishes doing her makeup. 'Well it will have to do.' I remark whilst brushing my hair into a high ponytail. Untidy but luckily it looks natural.
Sam picks up her Louis Vuitton bag and walks out the door. 'Good luck Evelyn.' I hear before she walks out of the door. Quickly I put on some mascara and lip gloss, I guess I will put more on later. I shove my makeup bag in my bag and lock the door after walking outside. This is it, time for my first day at this high school.
