'I think we got some pretty cool stuff, don't you?' Sam asks me lying down on her bed whilst I am continuing my English project on my laptop. We got back a few hours ago and what Matthew was talking about is sticking in my head like glue. 'um, I hope that I don't get bullied to be honest.' I laugh and get hit by Samantha's pillow. 'Careful, I have work to do on this thing.' She shakes her head and goes back to looking at her phone. Right time to concentrate. Matthew's drama is none of your business.
He stood there on the intricate sculpted balcony above me. Glistening green eyes looked at me like I was the most important thing in the entire world. No, the universe. The atomic tangerine mop protruding from his head waves at me through the wind. His royal purple ensemble made me gasp as I grasp the concept that he is the prince I have heard so much about. The callous ruler of this conglomerated country. I wonder why he is looking at me like that.
He strolls purposefully towards me and takes my hand. 'Come with me.' The prince murmurs close to my ear. His breath smells of lavender, his presence is very ethereal compared to the usual blunt knives that are men. He pulls me through the crowd of nobility who have no idea that their beloved demon is passing them by. The giggle that comes from his mouth is as smooth as a bell chiming on a Sunday.
We stop at a tremendous mahogany door that is masked with various vines. 'What is this?' I quiz him merrily. 'This is the gateway to heaven. Do you want to see?' I nod to his request and he produces a withered key to unlock it. 'After you your majesty.' I brush the leaves that had delicately landed on my teal pannier skirt before entering his enticing lair. A gust of fresh air hits me unexpectedly and my champagne curls collapse from their up-do. Cautiously, I step forward into the darkness.
'This wasn't what I expecting at all.' I remark as I continue to venture forward. A collection of coral roses in a beautiful orangery and the moonlight shines through hitting the prince's face. Almost like a spotlight has just come down from the heavens specifically for him. How pretentious. 'This is where I go when I need some alone time.' The prince says so softly that I could've missed it if I wasn't paying attention.
'I love it.' I smile at his stern face earnestly, I wonder why he is so grim. He strides towards me with determination but pauses just in front. His tousled ginger strands touch my forehead, what is this? 'I have never felt like this before and I don't even know your name.' I look him directly in his windows to his soul as I speak. He leans in and murmurs 'Me neither.' The prince pulls me in for an intriguing kiss. Are you kidding me? Earlier today, you were happy with your Dracula and now you are getting involved with this notorious prince.
