Wow. We arrive at this Edwardian style house that has rose bushes outside, it is very grand and impressive. Now I understand what George meant about the houses. People are walking and talking to others, there are less people here than the last one but I don't mind it. Parties are only something that I have gotten into recently, at least parties like these ones.

'Hi Evelyn and Sam.' George walks up towards us wearing a turquoise and black lace suit jacket. 'Hi George. How's the party going?' Sam asks as I am not saying anything.

'Yeah everyone seems to be enjoying themselves. By the way I saw Lyndon over by the stairs and he said he was looking for you.' George tells her, so much for that plan staying away from guys then. 'Thanks.' Sam rushes off to see where Lyndon is and leaves me with George.

'I should go and follow her.' I turn to leave when I feel a hand go around my arm, smooth like a baby's skin. 'Or how about me and you have a vodka and coke together?' George smiles with charisma. 'Alright then.' I mean you can't say no to a free drink I suppose. We walk through the main hall into a living room where people are playing spin the bottle. Those people must be like twelve or drunk if they are seriously playing that.

'What do you think of the house?' George gestures to the chic living room we are standing in. 'Well you weren't wrong about the houses.' I follow him into what seems to be a dining room when my heart stands still. Matthew is there kissing some girl on a leather couch, I fight back my tears. How could I have been such an idiot? I thought he liked me but that clearly wasn't the case.
