I wake up on the same couch with something other than a cast around my leg, it looks like a leg wrap. I look around to see the area around me clear of people, until I look to the front.
Everyone is standing all the way in the front & Cameron appears to be talking to a...cop?
I push my body up to sit down & suprisingly, my leg doesn't hurt that bad anymore. When Cameron sees me awake, him & the cop both walk towards me with everyone following behind them.
I get nervous, I don't know why, seeing a cop just gets me like that even if I did nothing wrong."Hi, i'm officer Jeffery. Mind if I have a few questions for you?"
I turn to Cameron & he nods that it's ok.
The cop sits in front of me & opens a folder he's been holding. "So how would you describe...Rose?"
I look confused. How am I suppose to describe her without sounding mean?
"It's just so we know that she's the right girl" he continues.
I guess I can describe her the way I see her? I sigh before I start talking. "Well, she's vicious, turned my own family against me, threatened me...& I might I add, gave me this broken leg".
He looks at the leg a little & then to me. "Where would you say this accident had occurred?"
"The parking lot...of the hotel a few blocks from here..."
He starts writing something into the folder & continues. "Would you say back parking lot or front parking lot?"
I try to think about it & then remember. "The...front".
"So...all this would be on a security tape...right?...for court purposes"
My eyes go wide. I had totally forgot about the security cameras. I could have easily snuck into the employee staff & send the tapes to my phone & show my family proof. I look over to Cameron & even he looks shocked that it was an option.
"I guess..." I reply.
"Great, would you mind coming with me for the rest? Since you know what she can be capable of & know exactly what she looks like?"
I nod & both him & Cameron help me get on my wheel chair, Cameron gives me a good luck face as I wheel my way out of there.
"We're gonna send her far away, she won't be bothering anyone anymore" the cop assures me.
I smile, hoping it's the truth.
When we both walk inside of the hotel, I don't see my parents, Logan, Jess or Rose anywhere in sight. Which is a good sign because if Rose ever saw me talking to this cop, she will bolt & take my family with her.
The officer talks to the guy at the front desk & after a minute or 2, he leads us into the back room where all the cameras are located.
"Ok, what time did the accident occur?" the cop asks me.
"Around 1:00pm" I answer.
He does some clicking & security footage from 12-1 show up on the screen.
"There!" I yell, seeing my dad & Logan standing beside the car they asked me to fix.
The officer clicks on it & skips ahead until he sees me coming out of the vehicle, holding onto the tank. He starts focusing more when he sees Rose enter the screen.
He watches as I ask her to start the car & how she puts the keys into the engine & presses the start button.
He tries to keep his eyes on the screen even though it's hard to watch me trying to stop the car as I am stuck under & almost getting dragged.
Then Cameron enters the scene & stops the car slowly & run towards me afterwards & that's where the footage ends.
