The next morning, I walk into the living room to find Cameron scrolling through his phone sitting on the couch.
He seems relaxed so I assume today is an off day for him.
He's wearing red basketball shorts & a gray hoodie.

I go to sit across from him on the singular couch.

"Hey!" he says, looking up from his phone.

"Hey" I smile.

He turns his phone off & puts it on the table in front of him.

"Dove keeps texting me about Thomas' birthday. It's crazy" he tells me & I laugh.

He seems like the friend that all of his friends turn to for advice & comfort.

"Well, you tend to get crazy for a guy you love. You should know, all these fans would give you their house for free in a heartbeat if it meant that you would be living in it" I joke.

He chuckles. "Well...can't say that hasn't happened before..."

My face goes shocked. Celebrities really get offered the craziest things.

"Once, someone offered me a piece of their hair at an autograph signing" he continues. "Oh wait! that was your cousin" he laughs.

I start laughing too because I remember Jess telling me that she was going to give Cameron something for him to remember her by.
I Didn't think she meant a piece of her own hair.

Cameron gets up from the seated area & walks into the kitchen right beside the living room to grab a cup of coffee & comes back. Everything in this apartment is attached so there's no corners at all, only Camerons room is a little to a corner because it's right next to the one I sleep in.

"So. Sophie is at an audition, Karan is out with old friends & I have nothing to do today...so would you like to hang out?" he asks.

I smile at his words. "Sure".

"Have anything in mind?" he says, taking a sip of his coffee.

I start to think about it a little & then look up at him. "Have any cliff diving places around here?"

I see his face light up because that's what we did the first time we hung out when everything was normal & I was hugely scared.

"Yeah, I actually hung out there the day before going to Florida & I loved it so much that I wanted to do it again &...well we did...in Florida" he tells me.

"Then it's settled. We're going cliff diving"
I go to get dressed & Cameron does the same.

Last time, so many things went wrong. Cameron & I lost track of time, crazed fans took a picture of us to send online which Rose confirmed it was her & we didn't know how to get a ride home. We walked a long way just to find a car rental place, it was only luck that we got a car so quickly under such short notice.

I'm happy to hang out with Cameron as a normal person, not just for publicity.

When we get to his car, he drives about 10 minutes into a different type of street.
I came prepared just like last time, even though it was a coincidence.
I'm wearing a purple tank top under my light cropped sweater along with shorts.

Cameron parks in the woods of a tiny forest & claims that no one ever comes here so it's okay.

We start walking up towards a tiny hill & it's better here than it was in Florida.

"You scared?" Cameron asks, jokingly knowing the first time was a nightmare for me.

"No. I'm not. You'd be surprised how brave i've gotten since this publicity thing started" I tell him & he chuckles.
