Growth is a very hard process. You can be doing so well in your growth then boom something knocks you down. Here is when you have to keep going and fighting to keep the growth going. You can never stop growing. We are all on different paths doing different things feeling that we are the only ones suffering through it all. You are not alone in any of it. It's always somebody out there who can relate. It may not be the same situation but it may be something they can just give you some insight on. Sometimes that's all you need is a lending ear. Somebody who will just sit and listen while you release your worries and troubles. Even if you can't run to people you can always run to God. Regardless of what it is you can always grow through it. You can't dwell on what was or what is you have to let go and continue to grow. Don't let a downfall stop your process. It's only a hurdle in your race. Keep running and jump over it because you got this. I've been down and haven't been able to write but I'm making changes and I'm pushing for new things. This poem is my homecoming and I gotta keep going.
