Keep it Simple Stupid (KISS)
This a common used saying. I heard it from a woman that I use to work with. She inspired me on a daily basis and I'm glad I learned this saying from her. It's simple really. We spend so much time over stressing and over doing things that we can spiral out losing all of ourselves. Really all we have to do is Keep it simple. It's a simple tough saying telling you that staying calm and steady is the best way to go. Don't over due things. Take your time because that's all you can do. Understand this and just Keep It Simple Stupid.
