Praise Is What I Do

Praise is what I do when I want to be close to you. I read my word and digest what you give to me. I get on my knees to pour my worries into you because you are the only one who truly knows me. You know what's hurting me and what's holding back. You know that I need you now more than ever. You get me through the storm and change my path for my best interest. I'm nothing without you and I owe it all to you. My struggles made me and I lift my hands in prayer. I have to praise you while I can. The world feels like it's more evil then good. You know what you're doing in everything that you. We have to keep going til the end. I just pray you keep your children safe. This is why we praise you because you gave us a chance to worship and show you how much we love you. I will continue to praise you through the good and the bad. Happy or sad you are my everything. Nobody can change that.
