Terrene's Point of View
****************************
After we all boarded, we all ended up sitting on the bow of the boat laughing and telling stories of our encounters with our beasts. We were trying to figure out which of our beast would win in a fight.
"You'll be surprised what Pyro can do." Sear countered Q's comment on winning.
"What possibly can that little thing do?" She stated, petting Pura, her new sea serpent she chose as her beast.
"I've read about ancient legends where a pixie was able able to take down a rogue dragon." Zeph butted in, "But I do believe Tropo and I would be the ones victorious in this fight." he said finishing, giving his griffon a knuckle rub on the head.
"Oh come on, Gaea (Guy-uh) could take all of you down without even looking!" I started, "He frickin knows how to control the earth element."
"She's got a point." We all look to see Aubin sitting on a balcony above us, "In all of Eloasis's history, we've only ever had one beast who could control the Earth element."
"Which beast was that?"
"Long ago, there used to be common animals like deer and bears, that would resemble an element but they wouldn't be able to control the element." He explained.
"Like a fire bear?" Sear questioned.
"Exactly, but there was one that was able to control an element. This was an earth wolf."
"Wow." I said in awe, "Why do they not exist anymore?"
"The Drazah killed them all off including the elemental wolf after they figure out they were "learning" to use the elements." He replied waving his fingers for quotation marks, "It truly was a shame."
We sat in awkward silence until Aubin continued, "Well, continue with your conversations, we'll be arriving shortly." And with that, he left us again to go back to the cabin from which he came. We sat in silence until Q broke it with a single question.
"Um...Who are the Drazah?"
We all broke out laughing at the not funny question but Q continued.
"No seriously, who the heck are they?" She asked more seriously. We all looked at Zeph for an answer. Since we knew he lived here his whole life, he would have to know.
"The Drazah is an evil organization that has been the main villain of Eloasis and the Elementalists since anyone can remember." He explained after catching onto our stares, "They will stop at nothing to make sure Eloasis crumbles to the ground."
"That's awful!" I say taking in his explanation. We sit for a while taking in the new information until Sear breaks the silence.
"Well that ruined the mood," he said sarcastically making us laugh.
"Well let's change the subject then," Q answered. She began to look around, I guess trying to find a conversation starter. Then her face landed on something and curiosity seemed to flow through her expression. I butted in.
"What is it Q?" I asked, kind of curious myself.
"What's that?" she asked pointing to the sky over Eloasis. It took me a moment to find what she was looking at but then I saw it. It looked like something was forming in the sky, swirling around like, like the black hole we entered to get here.
