It was an ordinary Wednesday night 6:54 read the time on your phone. Currently you were finishing up your English essay you had due Friday.
You were also watching 'Coco' on Netflix which was on your Roku T.V. You would stop writing your essay here and there to watch scenes of the movie, then get back to work.
All of a sudden your phone started ringing which startled you and messed up your writing on your paper. You let out a big huff and turned your phone over to see who had disturbed you.
Your expression softened when you seen your boyfriends photo pop up on your phone screen.
"Hey Gray" you said erasing the line that had occurred on your paper not to long ago.
"Hey baby." he said a little annoyed.
"You okay?" You ask him.
"No actually." He said with a forced out laugh, "I'm outside your house right now... can you let me in through the window."
"Uhh Yeah." And with that you hung up the phone and walked over to your window moving the blinds to see Grayson standing outside with his hands in his pockets.
You unlocked the window and opened it, he looked up at you and smiled while starting to climb up too your window.
When he made it to the top you moved out of the way holding the blinds open so he could get in without making that much noise.
As soon as he got in your room, feet on the ground he hugged you and wrapped his large arms around you letting out a sigh.
Immediately you wrapped you arms around his torso. After a few seconds you pulled away looking at him. You made eye contact with him then grabbing his face and pecking his lips twice making him smile and look away.
"My parents are home so we have to keep quite." You said walking over to my door and locking it.
"Alright." He said closing and locking the window also shutting the blinds. He then sat down on your bed against the headboard.
I walked over to my bed, "So do you wanna talk about what happened?" I asked putting my papers in my backpack .
"F.ucking Ethan is irritating." he said looking to his left away from me. I sat down next to him grabbing his hand in mine.
"What did he say? Or like what did he do?" You said softly.
"He's just annoying in general. Like always bothering me and teasing me. And just getting on me for the littlest things." He said running his other hand through his hair, "I just had to get away from him."
"Well I don't really know what to tell you, babe I don't have siblings so I don't know what any of that is like" I said rubbing my thumb over his hand "but just look at the bright side" I said now straddling his lap.
He placed his hands on my hips "What's the bright side?" He asked trying not to let me see his smile but failed.
"Being here with me."
