Your eyes; He doesn't like how you say just because you have brown eyes, there boring. He thinks that your eyes are very beautiful and no one can compare to the way you look at him with them. He gets all nervous when you guys make any kind of eye contact.
Your laugh; He loves your little giggles you make out when you guys are FaceTiming together or just together in general. It makes him feel happy that he's literally the only person that can make you literally laugh at his jokes, even though there sorta cheesy.
Your personality; He literally feel in love with you, for being you.
Your kisses; He loves how you can be shy and very passionate when kissing him. He loved how you were the one who leaned in for your guy's first kiss, he thinks about that almost everyday. Overall he does really enjoy when you kiss him, he'll take one over anything really.
How sweet you are; Ethan thinks and knows that your such a sweetheart. He also feel in love with how nice you were, especially too him. He always knew you had a soft spot for him. But you can also be feisty, only when you need too be though. Which isn't often.
Your boobs; Honestly Ethan can't really help himself. He just really enjoys the way he can hold them with his hands(🤣) I don't really know, but he hates the fact how your always insecure about the size of your boobs, small. He always cheers you up though, he's always hyping you up and it's the best feeling.
Deep Conversations; Ethan loves the fact that you and him can be serious and have deep, real, meaningful conversations. Despite the goofiness in your guy's relationship, he also enjoys when there's times you guy's can just sit down and talk, about anything, what's on your mind, what's on his mind, what makes you upset and what makes him upset. You guys can have deep conversations, wether it's in person and you guys are cuddling in bed, or if it's in text, but he prefers FaceTime better.
