Raya's POV

"So talk to me, bitch" Kevin said as he sipped his drink.

Since I've been so stressed about the baby and work Kevin offered to take time out to eat.

"Fuck, I don't even know where to start" I rolled my eyes. "You know Ethan wants me to move to Jersey with him?"

"What? All the way across the country?" He asked and I nodded.

"It seems selfish to me, his reasoning for it is family but my family is here." I shrugged.

"What the fuck, bïtch" he said. "You told him no, right?"

"Yeah, I said we can visit all he wants, but to live. No way" I shook my head no eating some mozzarella sticks.

"I don't know why he would want to make you leave sunny California for fucking Jersey" Kevin rolled his eyes.

"It's cause he wants to get back together with Mavis but she says she's not moving down here again" I shrugged.

"I don't like him for her, once a cheater always a cheater" he said sassily.

"Amen" Mavis needed to stop being so stupid and realize Grayson's only going to continue to hurt her.

What's going to happen ? Grayson's going to move up there with her and she's going to have to help him raise his bastard child.

No offense to Rosalina she's a sweet little girl but come on, let's be real. Would you want to raise the child of the woman your man cheated on you with ?

"What about you, what's going on with you?" I asked as I stirred my drink.

"Oh bitch, James keeps texting me" he sighed and I braced myself for the rest of this meal to be about Kevin and James.

I didn't mind though, I liked hearing about other people problems, they made me feel better about mine.

"E, I'm home !" I shouted as I closed the door. "I dropped Kevin off at James's house, most likely they're getting back together"

"Shhh !" He shushed me. "I finally put Theo down, gosh, it's so fucking hard to put he to sleep"

"Hi baby" I kissed him and he gave me a smile.

"You know, if we're extra quiet..." he trailed off as he slipped his hands under my blouse but I pushed his hands away.

"Ethan-"

"What's going on with you, Ray?" He asked. "I don't want to push you into anything you don't want to do but you won't let me touch you at all and it's frustrating. It genuinely hurts my feelings when I try to cuddle you and you push me away."

I owed him an explanation, I have been acting weird. "It has nothing to do with you, okay ? It's me."

"What's wrong, baby?" He asked softly holding my hands.

"Eth, my body's not the same as it was before the baby" I shrugged looking down.

"Is that what you've been worried about the whole time ?" He asked and I nodded.

"You don't have to be worried, Raya. I'll love you no matter what you look like, you're my girlfriend and the mother of my kid. I'll always love you no matter what" he placed a hand in my cheek and I leaned my head into it feeling the warmth.

"What do you say we watch a movie and chill on the couch till Theo wakes up or Kev gets home ?" He asked and I nodded.
