As Lloyd walked through the Ember fields he wished he'd brought his power stone with him.
He could use the power that leeked out of it as a light, but he'd left it at home in his second desk drawer.
He was going to have to make do with the light of the moon.

He reached the wall wich protects the fields from the forest.
Lloyd dug a grappling hook out of his bag and swung himself on top of the wall.
He looked over his shoulder.
Behind him he could see the wide fields and a small dot which he knew was his little town.

The town has no name and Lloyd is the only Kaladin, that's what people call a person who can manipulate energy.
The rest of the townsfolk are farmers and carpenters.
The town has a little school and one inn with a stable for horses.
Everyone works in the Ember fields,  harvesting the flame rocks and planting crops.
The crops are to feed the town and the rocks are to ship to the city,  where the flame energy is put into lamps and lanterns.
Lanterns Lloyd should have taken with him when he left.

He looked in front of him.
The forest surrounding the Ember fields was dangerous and large.
If you strayed from the path you'd get lost and if you wandered too deep you'd find dangerous creatures like Piros, snakes with seven eyes and seven wings who attack anything that moves.
Oh well Lloyd wasn't planning on going to deep or leaving the path, he just needed to find some purple lilacs to cure his father.

You see, a few days ago Mr Garmadon had been loading flame rocks on to the carriage when all of a sudden a Piros came out of nowhere and sank his venomous fangs in his arm.
Ever since his father had been getting worse and worse, forced to stay in bed all day.
As a green Kaladin, Lloyd knew a lot about healing and took it upon himself to cure his father.
He had all the ingredient he needed except for 20 purple Lilacs.
His father had to get healthy again as soon as possible which is why Lloyd didn't want to wait until sunrise to look for the flowers.
Purple Lilacs aren't common and it would take a while to find 20.

Lloyd sighed and put his grappling hook back into his bag.
Guess he'd have to deal with the darkness while he searched.
He got ready and jumped from the wall onto a branch and efficiently made his way down the tree.
Lloyd went over to the direction sign and decided to head left,  towards the Golden pond.
Lilacs grow more frequently close to a big body of water.

After a 15 minute walk of stumbling through the dark Lloyd arrived at the Golden pond.
With the help of the moonlight he immediately spotted several purple Lilacs near the water.
Carefully he cut them with his knife  at the stem and wrapped the flowers in a cloth wich he put safely into his bag.
6 down 14 more the go.

He searched around the Golden pond some more but it appeared he found all the Lilacs it had to offer.
So he headed south along the Gingerbread path.
People call it that because they believe that years ago when people were making the path they ran out of stone and decided to finish it with gingerbread.
It is of course just a tale, but it makes for a pretty good name.
Much better than Dirt path 3.

Lloyd came across 2 more Lilacs, but sadly one of them was orange, not purple.
He picked the purple flower, stored it and walked on.

A few minutes later he arrived at the Broom yard, a random square of grass where witches and people left their broken brooms.
It isn't the ideal place, but because former witch brooms still have some traces of magic you can recharge power stones at the Broom yard.
Though a body of water connected to the Red River works much better.

Lloyd shrugged and decided to do a quick search of the Broom yard.
And luckily he did, because between all the brooms he found 4 more purple Lilacs.

Satisfied with his finds he decides to head back to the village to get a lantern, because the rest of the forest is so overgrown the moonlight doesn't shine through.
On the way home however,  Lloyd's ears pick up yelling.
It's quiet and muted but yelling nonetheless and it was coming from the North.

Conflicted Lloyd stands there on the Gingerbread path, with ingredients to cure his father in his bag.
And against his better judgement,
Lloyd Garmadon steps off the path and heads deeper into the woods towards a desperate voice.

Alright I rrly hope u like this fantasy that I came up with on the spot!
The title might change I haven't quite decided yet.
