Kai sighs, they had officially passed five hundred and fifty trucks.
Yaay...
He glances over to the driver, Zane, who'd spent the last hour jamming to the radio with the person sitting next to him, Cole.
He had no idea how those two weren't dying of heat right now, the air conditioning sucked.
In the back, behind Kai, are Nya and Jay having the time of their life playing dumb guessing games.
And seated next to Kai, is Lloyd, who's currently mentioned going to puke/feeling horrible around thirty times.
Right now the blonde has passed out and is leaning on Kai's shoulder.
Man it's too hot!
"Hey Cole can you turn up the air conditioning?" Kai asks, but he gets blatantly ignored by the other as he sings along to the blasting music.
Oh how he hates long drives.
Kai pouts, until Lloyd tightly hugs his arm and starts mumbling in his sleep.
"I have no idea what you're saying silly."
Kai smiles and he continuous counting trucks.

The mini van comes to a stop and jerks everyone awake.
"Toilet break!" Zane yells at them as he opens the door and goes to provide the car with fuel.
Nya and Cole shoot up from their seats and enter the gas station to go buy some candy.
Jay grunts and proceeds to lie sprawled over the two seats.
Lloyd and Kai also stumble out of the car and make their way to the gas station, but a few steps from the car Lloyd starts sprinting towards the toilets.
Guess all that talk about having to puke was justified after all.
Kai snickers as he pushes open the door and enters the station.
He moves over to the cooler and starts grabbing some cold drinks for everyone.
With a bunch of drinks in his arms he moves over to the counter, but not before grabbing a paper bag for Lloyd.
A grumpy employee scans his items and puts them in a plastic bag for him.
Satisfied, he walks back to the van, where Zane has just finished fueling.

Not long after Zane and Kai had settled down Nya and Cole enter the vehicle as well with an ungodly amount of sweets.
And while Nya tries to move an annoying Jay off of her seat a wobbly Lloyd comes out of the gas station.
Zane starts the engine once the blonde flops into his seat.
Kai hands him a water bottle, which he empties in record time.
They're on the road again, Lloyd grunts whilst putting a hand to his forehead.
His head must be pounding.
Kai shares an apologetic look with him and gestures for Lloyd to lean against him.
Lloyd takes the offer and ungracefully falls into his arms.
Kai laughs and holds the other close.
I guess long drives aren't that bad.
