➳ put on fake tattoos/henna/pva glue on your arm and peel it off
➳ put plasters/bandages on where you want to harm
➳ buy a paint by numbers set and paint whilst listening to relaxing music
➳ mix warm water and food colouring and put it on your skin
➳ use stage makeup to create fake injuries
➳ draw all over your old scars, which will help provide a repetitive action and hopefully will relieve urges
➳ write a list of things you're looking forward to
➳ carve into a candle
➳ call a hotline (childline, etc)
➳ go to the park and take photos of the scenery
➳ try to recreate nail art tutorials on youtube (simplynailogical)
➳ organise your jewellery/books/makeup✿ ✿ ✿
