A/N: this chapter is a little different. i'm gonna list apps/games for iPhone and Android that are perfect to play when you're feeling anxious and/or have the urge to self harm. i use these myself and they're very relaxing. at the end i'll list some other self harm alternatives for those who can't download them/don't have a phone.

this app is great for self care (hence the name). you can cuddle your cat, light a candle, collect things etc. it's super therapeutic and relaxing.pictures:

a cute game where you decorate your new home, take photos, play with your cat. it's super relaxing and addicting.pictures:
4 • sky: children of the light
this game has super cool graphics. you can explore an enchanted world and customise your character.pictures:
5 • animal crossing: pocket camp
in this game you create a character. then you create your own little campsite. it's super cute and addictive.pictures:
other alternatives if you don't have access to the apps or a phone:
1) make a scrapbook
2) make a mood/vision board
3) paint something on a canvas
4) organise your drawers
