"Where is it?" A ninja asks with a growl in his voice.

"I have no idea," you say as your eyes goes in and out of focus. The stress of the situation burns deep into your mind. You spit on the guy interrogating you and you turn your wrists in the bonds that hold you.

"She won't talk. We should kill her," another ninja says and you smirk at his response.

"Really? She's associated with Hidan she will never die," he answers. That's when an explosion happened.

  About thirty-two hours before, you sat in the living area of the compound of the Akatsuki. You say next to Hidan and his hand gently rests next to yours. Oh yes. He is a murderer and is insane, but even the most insane people can be loved and have a gentle side.

"Y/N?" He asks with his voice sounding softly, almost like he was afraid to be too harsh.

"Yes?" You reply and you turn your head to look him in his eyes. His eyes so gentle and kind that you almost didn't recognize him.

"Would you like to go on a walk?" He asks hesitantly. To be honest, he doesn't know how to act around you. He goes mad when he's around you and when he is away from you his heart races and cries with worry.

"I guess," you reply. You stand up and he follows suit. He then leads you outside and takes you to a clearing in the woods. He holds his hand out and you take it with an arched eyebrow.

"I'm not a monster," he starts making you crease your eyebrows in confusion. "I am too damn of a fool to know what the fuck to say."

"What do you mean?" You say. "You're a kind and gentle soul who serves Lord Jashin faithfully."

". . ." He says nothing and he cups your cheek and kisses your forehead.

"What was that for?"

"I don't fucking know," he says honestly. 

"That's okay. Hidan I lo--"

"There she is!" A voice says that grabs your attention. The blood drains from your face as you notice three ninja from your old village. Following your gaze, Hidan sees three schmucks wanting a fight.

"How did you find me!?!" You demand. Before you could get your katana out, the men appeared behind you and you tried to dodge, however, they grabbed you and pinned you to the ground.

  Of course being a bad ass you got out of it, at least that's what you'd like to happen. Instead, Hidan used his syth to destroy them all. He whirled it back and attack the men holding uou down. His eyes raging with fury and his eyebrows creased in a furious fashion.

"In the name of Jashin, I will eradicate you!" He yells as his syth digs into the flesh of a man. In a vapor of smoke, the four of you were gone. "I will not let them hurt her."

That's how that happened. You stare at the three men as the debris and smoke clears. Standing in full black and with the white bones stands Hidan. Very furious Hidan.

"Hidan?" Your voice cracks from the strain you've put on it. Your arms jerks up and you harshly rise to your feet.

"You want her? Come get her!" A naive man says as Hidan smirks. You watch as he easily kills the men and blood sprays into the air. The man holding you then throws you into the side of a tree which cracks your already bruised ribs. Yes, theh tortured you. Feeling the pain shook through your body you let out a weak scream.

"How dare you harm her! Imma make you fucking regret that," he growls.

  You close your eyes as blood pour out of your mouth. Your ribs cracked, your body bruised and weak, and several gashes among your body. Feeling a gentle hand on your cheek, you flutter your eyes open and notice Hidan looking down at you.

"Hey fuck face what's up?" He says.

"You idiot," you complain. "Help me up or I'm kicking your ass."

"Nah," he says. You then literally kick his ass. "Alright alright I'll help your sweet ass up."

"Tsk," he gently grabs your hand and he carefully helps you. You then try to walk which of course you can't. Yoj fall down in the grass and you groan.

"Dumb ass," he mutters. He then lifts you up and into his arms and Carrie's you through the forest.

  You hold onto his cloak and the breeze sways your hair into his face. He groans in annoyance and you laugh as you brush your hair out of his face.

"Hidan?"

"Hm?"

"Thank you for rescuing me," you say. He stops and he cranes his neck to look at you.

"Why wouldn't I come save your ass?" He rhetorically says.

"Ha you're funny," you comment. You cup his face and you kiss his forehead as a thank you.

"Girl come give daddy some sugar," he smirks with a deviled grin.

"In your dreams," you tease.

"I said," he enunciated and moved you to where he held you by your thighs and you were facing him. "Give daddy some sugar."

"..."

"..."

"Please don't force me," you ask quietly. Realizing what he did, he closes his eyes in shame and he ceases his eyebrows together.

"I'm sorry," he apologized and you kiss his lips softly. "Why do you tease me?"

"To make you happy," he opens his eyes and he sees your pouting face. You pull his chin up and you kiss his soft lips. This time you wrapped your arms around him and you ran your fingers through his rough hair.

  Your heart beating against your chest and his warm skin against yours. Somehow he laid you on the ground without you noticing. He gently laid on top of you and he let go of the kiss and he moved down to your visable neck. Surprisingly, he is sweet and gentle. When he is done he pulls back and looks at your pale face.

"I love you," you say.

"Yeah that," he says confused.

"You'll say it to me one day my protector."
