Be Mine (Minato x Reader)

The day starts how it always does. The morning rush of people getting from point a to point b.

You walk through the streets with the crowd as you head to the hokage tower. The reason is because the hokage asked to see you. He's not just the hokage, he is also your best friend. Professional you obey his word but outside of that you mess with him at every opportunity. After all, he's been your friend your whole life. Some would say he is your soulmate. You walk up the stairs and when you reach the door you gently knock against the rough, wooden door.

"Come in," you hear his smooth voice say and you open the door revealing yourself to him. After you walk through the doorway you then close the door. You walk up to the hokage and stand in front of his desk looking into his beautiful, blue eyes. He sets his pen down and looks up at you. His eyes gazing into yours with a soft tone in them. You clench your fist as you have a sudden feeling that you're not going to like what he has to say.

"My Lord hokage you asked to see me," you say with a soft and respectful tone. He shifts uncomfortably in his chair and gives you a pained look.

"I have to ask a favor of you," he then explains the situation.

  You run as fast as you can through heavy forest. You glance behind you and barley dodge a kunai that you dodge at the last moment. Unfortunately that made your foot catch on a trees root that made you loose your balance and fall. You let out a groan and before you can recover from the fall, the men following you grab you and hold you down. You gasp as the tip of a sharp, cold kunai touches your neck.

"You're dead," the man holding the kunai says. He licks his lips and just as he is about to slash your neck, you thrust your hips and throw him off you. The three men are stunned by your sudden movements and you take the opportunity to run away. It's not long until you're able to loose them and you slouch down against a cave wall that you found while running.

"Minato I'm going to kill you," you mutter to yourself. He asked you to fetch an ancient ninja scroll that was stollen by a rogue ninja camp. That being said you obliged and you snuck into the group. However, when you retrieved the scroll it set off an alarm that caused everyone at the camp to chase you. You stretch your sore leg and grunt as you feel the pain shoot through your leg and up to your spine. You then curse about Minato and then lean your head back against the cool, stone wall.

"Y/N," hearing your name you snap your head forward and see Minato standing in front of you.

"Hey Minato," You weakly answer. His fills with worry as he examines you. He then kneels down and picks up your leg.

"Oi! What the hell do you think you're doing!?!" You exclaim feeling embarrassed about him touching you.

"Isn't it obvious?" he smirks and then tilts his head up towards you. "You're hurt and I'm going to help you."

"You know what I mean," you scoff. He lightly sets you leg down and the he leaned forward and he moved closer to you. His face is nearly inches away from yours and his arms on either side of your hips and his knee sat comfortably in between your legs. "What are you doing?"

"Making sure you're okay," he meant his words. You could tell by the worry in his eyes. When he saw that you are fine he let out a breath of relief. He gently moved his hand and held your cheek which confuses you. When you look into his eyes you see the tears that threaten to come out. You then move towards him and wrap your arms around his neck. He responded by hugging you back and you snuggled your head into his neck.
