You are my water
You nourish me in times of need
You make me feel whole
And you make me feel cared for and important.
Thank you for looking after me always
Especially when I needed to grow
And when I needed that first support
You are my food
You fed me with knowledge
And you fed me with wisdom
Which all have helped me grow mentally, emotionally and spiritually
You helped me watch my tongue
And how to use it only for calm, soft speech
You fed me this so I can plant it back into the world
You are my roots
You gave me structure
And so much meaning to life
I found you at an older age but
You are now the solid foundation to the true meaning of life
You are my branches
You make me balanced in a world which is so on edge
You've helped me reach out to people for help, comfort and guidance
Everything that you fed me, is recycled back into Your world
You are my petals
You've made my character so beautiful to this world
You've made my personality stand out
You've made me feel acknowledged
Because I know you've worked hard on me
So I can be who I need to be for you
So I can be me
So I can be Your plant
