Krystal was still slightly irritated when she got to work that morning. However, that all went away as soon as she remembered where she was at.

The hospital.

Krystal worked in the pediatric wing, along with Aaron and Liv, and found that she wouldn't want to work anywhere else. Dylan was a surgeon in the emergency wing of the hospital. She loved all the children there and grew attached to a few of them. The hospital she worked at was very big and nice with the newest available technology. She heard a very rich man owned it along with a few other hospitals throughout the city, though she never really cared to find out who that man was.

Unfortunately, Krystal was the only one who had the earlier shift today so she had to leave before the others, though she didn't really mind because it just meant she could see the kids sooner.

Going into the pediatric wing, Krystal was hit with a sense of joy. It was her favorite part of the hospital, of course she was a little biased. She went straight to the play room where she knew the children would be for story time. Every morning the children gather into the play room to listen to a story before they start their day.

Krystal stood at the doorway watching the children listening intently to the story with a smile on her face. They were criss-crossed on the floor and had their full attention on the nurse that was telling the story. When the story was over, they noticed another presence in the room and shifted their gaze to Krystal, which was still smiling from the doorway.

"Nurse Krystal!" they all shrieked. They all ran towards Krystal and attacked her into a hug but since she was taller they just hugged her legs.

"Hey guys," she greeted them enthusiastically. "How are my favorite patients doing today?"

"Good!" They all shouted in unison.

"Did you guys have breakfast yet?"

She got a bunch of head shakes and a few replying "no".

"Okay then. Let's go get you guys some breakfast." The kids responded with excited head nods and followed Krystal to the cafeteria for patients. And with that, she forgot all about her irritation from the run in with the stranger that morning.

Jason was currently sat at the head of a 'U' shaped meeting table. He tried his best to focus on what the presenter was saying and ignoring the throbbing pain coming from his left wrist. He pressed the make shift ice pack harder against his wrist with his right hand. He'd go to one of his hospitals later to get it check out properly.

Because of the run in with that reckless girl earlier, he had been even more late to his meeting than he already was. And if he hated anything the most, it was being late.

He had been waiting impatiently in the building lobby for Marshall to pull up to drive him to work. Because of all the traffic that morning, Marshall was late and had to park at the other side of the street. Jason made his way towards the car but before he could get halfway through the sidewalk, something bumped into him and caused him to fall along with the other person landing on him. He landed on his wrist first and, with the extra weight from the other person, it added more pressure onto his throbbing wrist.

Jason shook his head to clear his thoughts. Thinking about that incident again was starting to irritate him and he needed to focus on the presentation.

Two hours later, Jason was reading and signing a few papers at his desk that needed to be approved of. He wasn't going to be able to get much work done today seeing as a majority of his work was on his computer and he couldn't type that much with only one properly working hand.
