[CHAPTER SIXTEEN]

"HE'S BEING A PAIN IN THE ARSE," complained Aditi, "One of these days I just might shove a fork up his arse until it comes out of his mouth —"

"That's . . .lovely, Aditi," said Olivia Mae, "but do you mind? We're eating here."

"Yes, please just eat your toast," said Mei, "It's way too early to socialize."

"How am I expected to enjoy my breakfast when that arsehole is enjoying his after overworking us! I can't believe I'm saying this but I actually miss Bray and even Hua," said Aditi.

"It's a bit concerning —" Odette was interrupted by Aditi.

"I know!"

"that his arse is all you can talk about while we're supposed to be eating," finished Odette.

"Oh, It's nothing like that," said Aditi.

"I'm not sure what you think I was referring to, but okay," said Odette.

"It's just that —"

"You should have just stopped talking," said Mei with a groan.

"Say, who's the first match against?" asked Odette.

"You don't know?" said Olivia Mae.

"Hell, even I don't know at this point," said Aditi, "I'm pretty sure it's between Gryffindor and Hufflepuff — or is it Gryffindor and Slytherin? Anyway, Ravenclaw's first match is the second match of the season, so I don't understand why that arse is treating it like we are going to be the ones out on the pitch tomorrow."

Olivia Mae rolled her eyes, "Honestly, how do you not remember?"

"I can't believe I'm about to say this — but who is this arse you're talking about?" said Odette, earning a snicker from Olivia Mae.

"Pawel Pineda," answered Olivia Mae, "The new Ravenclaw Quidditch captain."

"I don't understand how he made captain," sneered Aditi, "I've been on the team longer than him and this is my last year! He could have become captain next year!"

"Please," said Mei, "Not this again. I could say this same speech word for word."

"Which is a sign that you should stop returning to this subject," said Olivia Mae.

"But Odette hasn't heard it," said Aditi.

"And unless she wants to go to class with a headache, if she even makes it to class, I don't think she wants to hear it," said Mei.

"Well, do you, Odette?" said Aditi, "I think you should be aware of how awful that arsehole really is!"

"She doesn't!" said Mei, "I'm fact, she probably wants you to talk to Pineda and solve your issues with him rather than yelling at us."

Aditi ignored her and stared at Odette. The poor girl just wanted to eat breakfast and was seriously regretting joining in on the conversation at all.
