ODETTE WAS LEFT STUNNED as she couldn't do anything but watch the Slytherin student walk away. She waited until he was gone, before she hurried out of the library herself.

She had one goal in mind in that moment and that was finding Mei.

She wasn't going to mention the encounter with Mei, but she also wanted an answer. How someone who she had never even spoken to before knew that she was lying about her last name was beyond her. Even Olivia Mae, who was scary according to other students, hadn't made any mention of her name.

Odette didn't have to do much looking as Mei had found her.

"Odette! Where did you run off to?!" said Mei as she approached the girl. She appeared to be in some sort of distress, which worried Mei a tad.

"Uh. . .I was missing a book, so I went to go get it," said Odette quickly, "but listen, Mei, what are the possibilities of someone knowing that I lied about my last name?"

Mei gave her a strange look, "Is that why you look so worried? Relax, Odette, we thought everything out."

"What do you me—"

"Oi! Mei!" someone shouted in the corridor, "Ross is looking for you!"

"Oh, sorry, Odette, I got to go," said Mei, before she ran off.

Odette was left alone in the corridor as she stared Mei run off. Odette ran a hand through her hair in frustration. She heard footsteps behind her. Odette didn't think much of them, even as they stopped.

"I knew it was weird," said a voice.

Odette spun around to see Olivia Mae. Aditi was no where near her, which worried Odette. According to Xia, Aditi was the one who held Olivia Mae's "leash".

"What is?" said Odette, she tried really hard to avoid showing how nervous she was.

"You don't know?" said Olivia Mae in surprise. Odette shook her head.

"The Lefebvre family. The whole family was brutally murdered a few weeks ago. The whole situation was kept quiet, but it's not hard to find out about it, especially if you have inside sources. So, who was it?"

"What do you mean?"

"Someone found out, right?" said Olivia Mae, "That's why you brought it up to Mei in the first place. So, who found out?"

"What's it to you?" asked Odette as she crossed her arms.

"I could help, you know," said Olivia Mae, "I don't know who you really are or what you want, but I'm not mean. The Xun sisters clearly like and care about you and I trust all of them, even when the other two don't feel the same about me. So, I may be able to help."

Odette couldn't stop thinking about Mei's warnings. How Olivia Mae got sneakier with her approaches the longer she went uninformed. Yet, was Olivia Mae that bad when Mei continued to be friends with her? Mei couldn't be that scared of Olivia Mae if she continued to hang out with her and mess around. But both Hua and Xia both didn't like Olivia Mae that much from what she heard.

"I don't know," admitted Odette, "Some Slytherin."

"Girl or boy?" asked Olivia Mae.

"Boy."

"Hair colour?"

"Black."

"Eye colour?"

"— Grey?"
