I groaned loudly as I heard the alarm beeping in my fucking ear, falling asleep with my phone in my hand was a terrible decision I guess. I rolled over and turned the stupid thing off, then got out of bed. It was time to get ready for my first day of senior year, yay me.

I decided to wear a white ribbed halter top paired with high waisted wide leg pants, my Italian grandmother always taught me that you can never overdress. I chose simple white veja sneakers to match with the look and put my makeup on, a dark pink lipgloss and mascara as usual. I'm not a big fan of heavy makeup and luckily I don't need it.

I went downstairs to the kitchen and had yogurt with some berries, didn't really feel like a special morning to be honest, but my parents are out of town so they couldn't really be extra this year, perks of being the daughter or Gillian and James Carmichael.

Oh, I haven't introduced myself yet, how rude of me.

I am Alexandra Blair Carmichael, my family is basically American royalty, my great great grandfather came here on the Mayflower and started 'Carmichael Industries'. My family owns several estates and I live in one of them with my parents James and Gillian. My father runs CI and my mother runs a few charities to keep herself busy. Unfortunately, I don't have any siblings but I really do love children, shocking I know.

I have the perfect height of 5'9 (175 for all of you Europeans), just like my mother. I have chestnut brown colored hair and my grandmother's emerald green eyes, tan skin (only in the summer though) and a fit body. I'm the captain of the school's cheerleading team so that's kind of mandatory. I go to Emerson high school, it's one of the best private schools in the country, obviously.

I got to school pretty quickly, with only one or two speeding violations, I call this a good morning. I parked my carbon colored BMW M4 at the schools parking lot and spotted my friends waiting for me.

Heather was my best friend, we've been friends since birth, literally. She's one day older than me. Kelsey and Ella joined H and I in middle school and we became the most popular girls in the entire school.

Obviously to everyone I was the queen but they weren't my minions, we were genuinely friends and we shared everything with each other.

They greeted me with a hug and we walked in, as always everyone were looking at us but that's not new, for some reason people felt the need to stop everything they're doing and stare at me with their jaws on the floor whenever I was nearby.

"So who's this year's victim Aly?" H asked and I smirked "I don't know yet, but whoever they may be they have to be legendary" I replied and she sighed "Maybe you'll fall in love" she said and I rolled my eyes "No chance in hell".

...

It was now 8:15 and everyone were in class, everyone except for me. The principal wanted me to welcome a new student to the school, perks of being his favorite I guess.

I waited at the entrance as I saw her climbing up the stairs, the bright sunlight shining on her in a way that made her seem like she had an aura.

As the angelic figure came closer I could see all the details, her wavy blonde hair cascading just below her shoulder blades, large blue sparkling round eyes, perfect nose and plump dark pink lips. I think she is around 5'6 and has the perfect hourglass figure I adore. I couldn't take my gaze off of her, she was hypnotizing.

I gave her a smile before speaking "Hi, I'm Alex", my tone as sweet as I could muster, it's always nice to make new people think I'm innocent. She looked up to meet my gaze and gave me a shy smile of her own before introducing herself, I could tell her voice was shaky and she was nervous.
