Jimin POV

Jin didn't show up to school today, which is understandable. He's devastated right now and this makes me mad at Mina. I think I'm mad at her. As I'm walking along the hallway, I feel many girls ogling at me, maybe some guys too. As I approach my locker, Mina approaches me. She says, "Good morning Jimin!" Ignore her. Ignore her. She doesn't exist. She doesn't exist. I completely ignore her and close my locker. I walk away without even noticing her existence. Mina says sadly, "Jimin why are you ignoring me?" I keep walking and I can hear her chase after me. Some girl pushes her and says, "Why do you keep bothering our Jimin? He obviously is annoyed." She falls to the ground and my body wants to help her but I have to ignore her. Jimin, don't betray Jin like this.

I make my way to class and get ready for Chemistry. I fall asleep while waiting. Then our teacher says, "Today we are doing a group experiment, so whoever sits next to you is your partner." Does the world really hate me? Why is it giving me such a hard time? I raise my hand and say, "Sir, can I change my partner?" He looks at me confused and said, "Why? Is there a problem here?" I think of an excuse and say, "I'm don't want to work with her." I hear the class laugh and I start to facepalm mentally. You could have thought of a better excuse. I see at the edge of my eye Mina looking saddened, maybe on the verge of tears. The teacher says, "Anyone want to trade partners and be with Jimin?" Every girl and some guys in the class raise their hands and insist on trading partners. I ended up being with Yoongi while Chaeyoung went to Mina. The class soon ends and the lunch bell rings.

I'm currently eating lunch with JB and I hear laughing. I turn to see what's going and I see Mina covered in food. I see some girls making fun of her and she has tears in her eyes. JB then says, "Poor girl, she's new and they are already bullying her. Wonder what happened." I happened. I look away and continue eating my food. Mina passes by our table while looking at me and she suddenly falls. Someone tripped her and the guy says, "Ha, stop looking at Jimin and watch where you're going." I really can't stand this. But I can't do anything about it, she broke Jin's heart. Why is this such a hard decision, just help her out Jimin. I stand up and I walk to Mina. I coldly say, "What are you doing?" She stares at me and says, "Why are you ignoring me? I didn't do anything wrong..." I scoff and say, "Didn't do anything wrong?" Is she crazy or something? Jin didn't go to school because of you. I walk away leaving her on the ground.

I don't hate her. But why do I keep doing these things? It's not her fault she doesn't like Jin back. I'm the reason she's suffering so much but why don't I just stop it. She broke Jin's heart but that's better than being fake and dating him. Jimin, you're so dumb. As I sit in the bus stop, I see Mina sit down. I try not to make eye contact with her as I'm thinking of ways to ask her for forgiveness. As I slowly approach her, she sees me and quickly stands up. I can see the fear in her eyes. Is she scared of me? She walks away and I yell, "Where are you going Mina?" She walks even faster but I run up to her and grab her wrist. She yanks her arm away and says, "Get away from me! I never knew you were like this. But can you please act like you never knew me? Please, it's better for the both of us." She runs away and I'm left there in shock.

I return home with a chicken and a few cases of soda. It's Friday so I'm probably going to stay home and watch Netflix for the whole weekend. Jin is still sulking in his room so I give him food and talk for a little bit. But it's best that he has some alone time and self reflection.

Time Skip (Monday Morning)

Jin showed up to school today in his normal attitude. He's acting like nothing happened. Mina suddenly enters the room and people start whispering. I overhear some of them. "She hasn't transferred out yet? "Looks like she got what she deserves." "What a slut..." Some of these are just too brutal but I block them out and ignore what they're saying. Jin suddenly runs towards her and asks, "What happened?" I pick up my head and look at them. Mina looks terrible. She has some bruises on her face and she's limping. Jin suddenly takes her outside to talk and I can't help but feel guilty.

Time Skip (Lunch)

I wonder why Jin called me to the rooftop. I go the rooftop and I'm greeted by a punch on my face. Jin says angrily, "Why didn't you protect her." He punches me again and says, "She suffered so much and this is all your fault." I take all the punches and I can tell he's not holding back. He grabs my collar and picks me up. He says, "Why didn't you stop any of this? It's not like you to ignore bullying." I spit out some blood and say, "She broke your heart. How could I help her?" he throws me to the ground and says, "Just because she rejected me doesn't mean she deserves all of this." I'm paralyzed in guilt and pain. Jin suddenly says, "Jimin, I want you to go down there apologize to her and make sure all of this stops. You know she doesn't deserve any of this."

Jin helps me walk in the hallway and we see a group gathered around a locker. We go there to see what's happening and the sight shocks me. I see Mina on the ground crying because someone wrote on her locker the words, "Go back to Japan, Bitch." Jin let's go of me and I fall to the ground. He helps Mina up and yells, "Whoever did this is going to die! Anyone who bullies Mina will meet with the principal and me. NOW EVERYONE GO BACK TO CLASS!" The crowd disperses and Jin helps Mina up. He hugs her and says, "Mina, I'm sorry. If I didn't stay home none of this would happen." She suddenly kisses him and he kisses back. I stare at them with regret in my heart. Jimin why are you so stupid. That could be you. You know you like her but why did you leave her to all this suffering. I then pass out in the middle of the hallway.
