Inspired by Avatar the Last Airbender

Jimin is the prince and heir to the throne of the Bangtan Dynasty. However, due to circumstances he is banished and his sister, Seulgi, is the next heir to the throne. At the peak of the Bangtan Dynasty, a gifted warrior has received divine powers and creates a rebellion to end the Bangtan Dynasty. Jimin sees this as an opportunity to regain his honor and sets himself on a quest to capture this divine warrior and prove his worth for the throne.

Jimin POV

I was the heir to the throne but I threw it all away. If you're wondering how I was banished, well it is a long story. I was leading the royal guard in defending a key city near a waterway but as we were heavily outnumbered and injured, my troops requested for a retreat. But retreat isn't in my dictionary. I commanded hundreds of men to stand strong and fight a losing battle. Just like that, all my comrades were brutally murdered and for the coward I was, I ran. Reports made it to the throne and I was branded as a deserter and a murderer. My father showed mercy on me and exiled me. I can't blame him. I ruined the lives of hundreds of families, I murdered hundreds of men who placed their lives and trust in my palms. How can I be the king...

As I was making my way through the Stray Desert, I see a band of people traveling. Maybe I can live with them, I hope they will accept me. I hope they won't take me into slavery but I really don't have any choice. I'm starving, it's hot and my legs are hurting. I approach them and yell, "Hello fellow travelers!" They see me and stop moving, as I near them they start to whisper. One says out loud, "Where are you from fellow traveller?" I answer back, "Sonyeondan City!" He asks again, "And by what shall we call you?" I can't live by the name Jimin anymore, I should figure out a new name. Hmmm... think of something smart and cool. I answer back, "People call me Jiminie!" They start laughing. What I thought it was cool... The guy says, "We'll just call you Jim." What's wrong with Jiminie? He walks up to me and extends his hand and I shake it. He says, "I'm Jackson and my friend over here is Jinyoung. If you want to follow, we're heading to camp." I join them on their journey and they help me escape this desert.

I see their small village, filled with tents and torches. The villagers stare at me and Jackson and Jinyoung bring towards the center of the village. The put me up this small stage and say, "Everyone welcome Jim! We found him in the jungle and he sure looks like a fighter." Everyone says together, "Hello Jim!" I bow and two other people walk up the stage. The good looking man says, "Jackson, how many times do we have to tell you. Stop bringing stray animals into our camp." Jackson says, "He's not just any animal. If anything he can join the stray kids battalion." The smaller and more elegant woman says, "You mean your collection of the lost kids." Jackson nods his head with a smile and Jinyoung punches his arm. He then says out loud, "Everyone bow to our leader, the divine warrior herself. Black Swan Mina!" Everyone gets on one knee and bow their heads. Did they just say divine warrior? Is that handsome guy her husband? Why do I care?

Jackson leads me to a tent and says, "After your interview with Jin, you can sleep here for the night but get ready to travel because we are heading to the main base tomorrow. Well, that's if you're still alive. Bye Jim!" Still alive? I then head to the main tent for my meeting with Jin. I sit down in front of Jin and Mina. 

Jin asks, "Ok, first question are you evil?"

I answer confidently, "No."

Jin nods his head and says, "Correct answer." then he asks, "Why were you in the desert?"
