Park's High School for the Musically Talented. A top tier high school for those who dream to be singers, dancers, producers, song writers, or any career related to musical arts. It's the perfect school for aspiring artists. But there is a catch.

Yeah, it's the best musical high school in Korea. Yeah, they produce several worldwide stars. Yeah, they have the highest alumni career success rate. But it's reserved for the top classed. Only the richest of the rich can afford this school. They say money can't buy happiness but in this case, it can pave a way of success.

But, there's still hope for those in the middle class. There's the Director's Choice Scholarship. Auditions are held every year just for one person to receive a full scholarship. Its chosen specifically by the Director himself and thousands usually audition. Although every single winner of this competition has been the upper class, they just had so much power and wealth to overwhelm the competition.

Well, they won every year except this one.

Mina stands in front the Director of Park's High School for the Musically Talented with teary eyes. She can see her parents in the crowd along with her sister. They're cheering as loud as they can ignoring all the unpleasant and embarrassed glares of the people around. Mina shakes his hand as the man looks at her in the eyes and says, "You're going to be a star."

That's when the fairytale story began. The daughter of a restaurant owner and a taxi driver applying for an audition where she had little to no odds of winning. Receiving support from her family and brother just so she can catch her break. So Mina can be successful and help her family live a more comfortable life. This was the first step. This was her road to stardom.

Mina whispers incoherently, "I'm gonna be a star."

Jimin rides in the back of his car with his father and his uncle sitting next to him. Mr. Park says, "Jimin, do good in school okay? You're our family pride so anything below the best is unacceptable." Jimin nods while staring out the window as his uncle says, "Cheer up, Jimin. You're going to love it here. Everyone is bubbly, funny, and a bit energetic."

Jimin rolls his eyes and says, "I'm gonna get so much shit because of you two." His dad scolds him, "PARK JIMIN!" Jimin turns and says, "It's true. My uncle being the Director of the school and you being a filthy rich business man. It just screams nepotism." His uncle says, "Would you get in this school if you weren't related to us? Are you doubting your talent and skill?"

Jimin turns again and his uncle asks, "Do you want to go to this school?" Jimin turns to him and says, "Do I have any choice?" His uncle smiles and says, "Yeah, you got two choices. Yes or yes?"

The car parks and Jimin is quick to leave them. Not bidding goodbye to his father or his so called uncle. Mr. Park says, "Please watch over him, I'm worried." JYP smiles back at his brother and says, "Don't worry, they call me Daddy JYP for a reason." Mr. Park chokes and says shyly, "Who calls you that?" JYP looks at him oblivious and says, "All my students, why?"

Jimin walks through the halls. As he glances around, his eyes start to burn. The amount of rich and spoiled kids around disgusts him. So many designer school bags, designer shirts, designer shoes, designer socks, designer everything. He glances at the small paper that he received when he signed in. Jimin walks to his locker and his jaw drops slightly. Finger print locks.

Jimin puts his thumb on the lock and it quickly opens. He scoffs at how much money was wasted for a locker he might never use. He then glances to his right as he hears someone gasp. Jimin stares at the smaller girl who's eyes are widened and jaw dropped.

He chuckles as he stares at her amazement. Jimin also glances at her attire. It's simple. Jeans, a hoodie, and vans. Jimin continues to stare at her as she marvels at the advanced technology on her locker. She unlocks it then closes it then unlocks it again.
