Park Jimin, heir to Park corporations. Jeon Wooyeon, heir to Jeon corporations.
{Made up an evil female character. Sorry if your name is Jeon Wooyeon. She is not related to Jeon Somi, Jeon Soyeon, or Jeon Jungkook.}
Jimin looks at his father blankly as he elaborates the arranged wedding he planned with Wooyeon's father. Wooyeon sits next to him with a big innocent smile on her face. Of course, it was just a facade. He knows about her disgusting personality and whorish attitude but he can't say anything. As of right now, he works for his father and can't speak his mind unless he is told to. Jimin sits there staring at his Rolex Cosmograph Daytona Men's Black Dial Watch waiting for this meeting to be over.
As he notices his father closing up the discussion he looks up at the grown men. Surprisingly Jimin's father asks, "Jimin, what do you think of the deal? Wooyeon already agreed to it but it must be mutual. Speak the truth now so we can compromise." Jimin knows his father won't let him back out of the marriage but maybe he can convince him into taking a deal which makes his situation better.
Maybe ask him if Wooyeon can live in a separate house.
Maybe ask if he can have Wooyeon wear a bag over her head.
Maybe he can ask to have a divorce 2 years later.
Jimin says, "I don't agree with the wedding. It's supposed to be a union of two lovers but this is just a business deal." His father fiddles his fingers thinking of a solution while Wooyeon stares at him with a smirk as she knows no matter what happens, she's marrying Jimin. His father asks, "Then do you have another person in mind for marriage? Your mother is very superstitious and said that this year is the best year for a marriage."
Jimin gets caught by surprised and stutters, "N-no." His father thinks again while Wooyeon chuckles silently next to him knowing that he's trapped. His father says, "Then let's make a deal as Father and son. If you don't fall in love with anyone in 4 months then you will have the marriage, but if you do find someone then we can call this off."
Wooyeon's father stands and says, "With all do respect Mr. Park but this is also a business deal. The merging of families is necessary." Jimin's father replies, "I can't force my son into doing something as important as marriage. We will compromise a business deal if the marriage does not take place."
The meeting is adjourned and everyone goes their separate ways. Jimin walks by his father and says, "Do you think falling in love in 4 months is possible?" His father replies, "Love is stupid. You might fall in love as early as tomorrow or as late as 20 years from now." Jimin asks, "Then how will you know if I lie about loving a girl or not?" His father smirks and says, "I'll know if you love her or not."
Jimin teases his dad, "What are you, a love doctor?" His father chuckles and says, "No, just a man in love." He asks, "In love with mom?" His father replies, "In love with my job. In love with myself. In love with my family. You'll understand when you fall in love."
Jimin says mockingly, "Whatever. I'll see you on the weekends."
He starts to walk on the street trying to clear his head. Jimin usually takes long walks to think and he desperately needs to think right now. He ends up walking a far distance and realizes after about 30 minutes. Jimin looks around confused noticing that he's not on the street anymore. He got lost in his thoughts and wandered to a small neighborhood.
Jimin chuckles at his small mistake and reaches for his phone in his pocket. Panic starts to fill his mind as his phone is not in his pocket. All he has is his wallet. He groans in annoyance saying out loud, "Things couldn't get any worse." As if the universe heard his plea, Jimin feels a raindrop hit his head. He moves to a nearby convenience store to take shelter and look for assistance.
