"CARTER SERIOUSLY GIVE IT BACK!!!!" I yell down the hallway as my hands ball up into a fist.
He only smirks, "Awwww, but what if I want red lips for my Halloween costume?"
"Then you can get your own lipstick, but this one's mine. Now give it back!" I sigh.
He pulls a face, "You're no fun anymore..." Carter throws it back and I fumble to catch the object in my hands.
"Love you sibling," I say as I skip back to my room.
As soon as I sit down in front of my mirror, I apply the shiny blood red lipstick that I had just gotten back from 'Carter the Bandit'. My make up looks quite good with smokey eyes and prominent cheek bones. I step back and turn to my full body mirror to see my full transformation. My brown hair is curled just about perfectly with tight curls and little red horns poking out. I'm wearing a tight red dress with stockings that have a floral print on them and a little arrow tail on my backside. The dress is fitting so much better this year minus that it is a little tight on my upper torso and I slip on the red pumps which fit my feet nicely as well.
I actually look decent enough for a party tonight.
I looked at the clock that displayed 7:30pm, so I sat on my bed because I had nothing to do for another 15 minutes when Ashton was picking us up for the party. This year it was at one of the boys' teammate's party... Or, as I recall, his name is Taylor.
Taylor is quite popular like Ash, Cal, and Luke, so pretty much everyone knew him, and everyone will be going. I decided to meet up with Matthew there instead of driving with him cause the boys wanted me to drive in their car.
I stayed on my phone for about 10 minutes until it started buzzing in my hands and I answer.
:)))KaiKai: "Hello?"
:DAshMan: "Come outside. We've been waiting for 10 minutes."
:)))KaiKai: "oh crap sorry guys. I'll be out in a sec."
:DAshMan: "it's kay, see ya in a sec"
I hung up the phone and notice that's I've been on my phone for waaaay longer than ten minutes. My hands pick up my clutch and I drop my phone in and quickly walk out the door yelling a goodbye and 'Happy Halloween' to Carter (who probably is already gone to his own party) and my mom who is currently making her famous treats for her own little get together.
I hop into the backseat of the big truck and slide in between Michael and Luke to see all the boys' jaws agape.
"What?" I ask, confused.
Their responses: well, Luke blushes furiously, Ash blinks and tries to close his mouth, Mikey just stutters, and Cal kinda just....
"Well???" I ask a tad bit more impatient.
"Nothing- you just- look- great... Uh- Ash, let's go." Calum stutters from the passenger seat as Ash finally pushes on the gas pedal.
I roll my eyes and look around at all the boys' costumes once I'm buckled in.
Mikey is wearing a banana suit, Calum is a vampire, Ashton is a nerd, and Luke is an angel.... Well... He is an angel... But he's dressed as one with wings.
Did I seriously just think of him like that??
I shake the thought and look up at his eyes, which are not-so-subtly looking at my dress and I cough snapping his focus up to my eyes. A playful smirk spreads across his face as he speaks, "so you took my advice about your costume, did ya?"
