I ran up the stairs infront of El who was trying her best to keep up. We reached some sort of corridor that seemed to go on for ages, the lights above our heads flickered like crazy as I felt my skin start to heat up.
Down the corridor we could hear a faint yelling, so we picked the pace back up and ran toward it, there just 10 yards away from us was Johnathan with a fire extinguisher trying to break one of the doors down.
"El" I whispered and immediately she knew what she needed to do, the door then flew off its hinges and there lay Nancy on the floor with some sort of monster hovering above her, snarling.
"Jesus" Mike whispered and Max also swore.
I moved my hand and slowly began to clench my fist burning the creature from the inside out. It let out an earpeircing screech before it was thrown out of the window by Eleven.
"Oh yeah, surprise I have powers too" I whispered to Max with a smirk before we joined everyone in running back outside to find where the creature went.
"Guys I'm not loving this running business" I panted when we reached the outside entrance to the hospital, then there on the floor was a pile of red mush and bones. I put my arms out stopping the group from approaching it. Trying my best not to touch any of them though, as my skin would for sure burn them.
It then began to move, slithering across the floor toward a grid. (Don't know what they're called in America).
"What the fuck is that thing?" I whispered as we all watched it disappear down into the sewers, leaving behind two bones.

"I can try to find them?" El asked as we walked into her cabin, I turned toward her giving her a smile.
"Cam, can you help Eleven to find them?" Max asked from behind us.
"I'll try again, I mean it didn't work last time but maybe I can try to find Heather or someone" I spoke up to everyone, El then nodded and grabbed my hand pulling me to her room.
I sat down beside El and closed my eyes, I made sure I was a good enough distance away from her though cause my body will heat up and it will radiate heat too.
Once again I was looking over Hawkins, everywhere was now closing due to the fact that it was like 9pm now, the street lights were on giving the town a ghostly look.
I came up to Heathers door, the red was imprinted in my memory so I would recognise it anywhere. Yet as I went to touch the door the whole scene faded away and I was left in a pitch black room, I looked up to see that the sky was pure red, I wiped my nose as blood began to drip onto my dungarees.
I saw the sky change now, to a white colour. It reflected into the room and now all I could see was white.
Pulling off the Blindfold I noticed that El was still searching. I could hear the rest of the group shouting and arguing outside the room, Mike and Max were having a disagreement but I couldn't quite make out what it was about. I got up grabbing one of the tissues in attempt to blot some of the blood out of my clothes.
Once I wiped my face I heard Mike start ranting so I opened the door a tiny pinch.
"You're treating them like some kind of machines, and I don't want them to die looking for the flayed when they've obviously vanished off the face of the earth. So can we please just come up with another plan cause I love Cameron and I can't loose her again" Mike shouted nearly out of breath, he then looked down a bit taken back by what he just said. I couldn't move from my spot behind the door, I saw El take off her blindfold and give me a weak smile.
I helped her up and we both walked out of the room, me following closely behind her.
"What's going on?" I asked moving next to her, crossing my arms.
"Nothing. Nothing" Mike rushed looking around at the group who were gathered in the kitchen trying to get them to say the same, Lucas smiled smugly before speaking up.
"Just a family discussion"
"Oh....I found him" El whispered. I looked at Mike awkwardly as he tried to avoid eye contact.
"Found who?" Nancy asked looking over to us both, her eyes darting between us.
"Billy"
I was taken back by that, how could El see him but the Phoenix cant?

We all gathered in the living room as Max failed miserably at finding a static channel.
I rolled my eyes, getting tired of waiting so I walked over and ripped the antenna out of the back of the TV making the whole screen go fuzzy and the static noise to make its way through the speakers. Throwing the antenna into Max's hands I turned around and sat with my back toward the TV just slightly to the side of Eleven.
I watched her concerned as her breathing began to increase, the blindfold was then ripped off her head by her own hand.
"He's just sitting in his room" El reported before getting up and walking over to the kitchen area.
"And that's not normal right?" Nancy asked us all. The faint sound of the tap running in the kitchen indicated what El was doing.
"Billy staying in his room on Fourth of July? No, that's not normal" Max replied crossing her arms.
"He want's us to find him" Will asked confusedly.
"Well if he wants us to find him why can't Cami see anything?" Mike asked looking around the room at all the blank faces as nobody had an answer to that question.
"I don't get how he's blocking me though. The only way to block the Phoenix from seeing anything is to have the same or similar power to itself." I explained running my hands through my hair.
"So if the Mindflayer can block the Phoenix...." Lucas started as Will finished for him. They all worked together to try and solve it, you could practically hear the clogs in their mind moving.
"That means that, what? The Mindflayer is part of the Phoenix?"
"No....I think its the other way around...... I think that the Phoenix is part of the Mindflayer" I told them all as they all shared a worried look.
