Part 1) Chapter 16. Falling Apart.

(Y/n) POV

"Darling.... darling! Wake up we are here!" Someone was shaking me, I open one eye to see who it was and of course, it was Dio. I open both eyes and I also rub them. Dio opens the carriage and steps out. He turns back around and holds out his hand, I take it and also step out of the carriage. I notice how dark it was, what time was it?

"Hun, what time is it?" I asked.

Dio looks at his watch, "Almost 9 o'clock dear,"

"Hmm... are you nervous?" I say looking at him in the eyes.

"About what?" He raises his eyebrows.

"You know what I mean... using the mask on yourself." I pause, "becoming one of those monsters."

"Well if I have you then I know I will be alright," he takes my hand and brings me closer to him, he kisses me on the forehead. He was about to let go of me, but I hold onto him; hug him for a while. I could feel him tense up a bit. Then he relaxes and hugs me back. There is a soft smile on my face.

"(Y/n)?" Dio says.

"Hmm?" I reply.

"Just want to let you know, you are probably the best thing that has ever happened to me, I've never meant to hurt you, I care for you, want the best for you. My one and only my sweet (Y/n)." He brushes his hands against my hair.

These words... I can tell... he truly means them, I push him back to look into his red auburn eyes. He looks at me and smiles. I pull him into a deep kiss. This kiss was more powerful than any other. I never want to let go of his grasp. I can not live without him. I need him... I don't know who I would be if he wasn't here in my arms. But sadly all things must come to an end and he pulls away from me. I'm yearning for another but I know he desperately wants to go through with his destiny. And I will always be here beside him no matter what. He puts his elbow out and I take it.

Dio and I walk up to the front door of the mansion and Dio open it. But everything inside the mansion was dark?

"What the-" Dio says quietly, "BUTLERS! Why are the lights out in the mansion!" Dio shouts.

Then we heard a flick, we turn towards the direction of the sound and it was a match lighten by, "JoJo," Dio and I say in sync and JoJo is lighting three candles and places them on a small table.

"So you're back...from London," Dio says turning his head to his side.

"I got the antidote and I gave it to father moments ago!" Jonathan shouts. I look over to Dio and his eyes are widen in shock.

"I've got all the evidence, Dio! Dio... it's dreadful... we were never close, but we were raised together and you are like a brother to me... it puts me to shame that I have to hand you over to the police." Jonathan puts his head down, "Also (Y/n) since you are close to Dio the police also wants to take you in... I'm sorry," Jonathan says to me and I start to tear up... everything is falling apart, "It's unfortunate really, maybe you won't accept it, but that's how I feel Dio and (y/n),"

"Hmpf," Dio says and sits down, "JoJo that's who you are. That kindness... I understand." Dio pauses for a second, "Could you give me a little time to turn me in? Time to turn me in?" Jonathan and I were stunned! But I knew what Dio was planning, Jonathan has no idea.
