~Yoonmi's POV~

I woke up after only a couple of hours of sleep. Everyone got home late last night, so it's already breaking daylight. I was fully aware of what happened last night, which made me feel worse. I pushed the covers off of me and left the room. Everyone else seems to be asleep still, so I made sure not to make noise. I got undressed and took a quick shower and got dressed for the day. Today would be a shitshow and I don't know if I'm ready to face it, but I knew that I needed to tell them everything. I knew everyone would be dead tired from last night, so I left them to sleep as I got breakfast ready.

I decided to make soup and Korean Toast for breakfast. I haven't made it in a while, so I hope that it comes out tasting right. As I started to chop the vegetables, I heard someone coming down the hallway. I turned around to see Jin watching me.

"Hey, morning. You know cooking is my job right?" He joked. I was positive that he was trying to lighten the mood.
"Yes, I am very aware. I've been causing problems lately, so I wanted to do something nice for you guys, so you are not allowed to help." I replied back. He chuckled and took a spot at the table.
"You're not a problem Yoonmi. I also really wish that you would stop saying that. It really hurts us when you say that. You're starting to sound like Taehyung, and that's not good for either of you." Jin spoke up. I nodded my head and continued chopping. We sat in silence before the others started to come out too. I was almost finished with the soup when they came out.
"Take a seat. I will serve." I announced
"You didn't have to cook for us." Namjoon said with a smile
"What time did you get up?" Jimin questioned
"Are you okay?" Taehyung asked. I froze at all the questions. I avoided Jimin and Taehyung's questions, since I thought those would bring up the conversation that I was not ready for.
"I know. I wanted to. You guys are always looking after me; it's time that I helped out." I replied with a grin on my face. I glanced over at Jimin, who was also looking at me. He knew what I was doing. He sighed and lowered his head.
"Someone go get Yoongi. This will be cold before he decides to come out and eat." Jin announced. Taehyung volunteered to go get Yoongi, which I saw coming.

~Yoongi's POV~

I was sitting on the edge of the bed listening to what was going on, so I was not surprised when Taehyung walked in.
"Hyung, it's time for breakfast. Yoonmi made us breakfast." He said. I got up from the bed and went over to him.
"She's okay?" I asked. Taehyung tensed and he sighed.
"I don't know. She avoided the question. She really doesn't want to talk about it." Taehyung suggested
"This is going to make me feel like an asshole, I am aware, but at this point, I don't care. If we keep not talking about things, they will get worse. I'm going to corner her. I hate doing that because I know how she is, but I can't think of anything else to do." I explained
"You're starting to sound like Jin." He chuckled. I followed him out of the room.

We got to the kitchen table and she set down a bowl and plate in front of me. I grabbed her wrist as she was going to walk away. I mouthed for her to sit down with us. She was in shock that I gripped her.

"Sit down with us. You need to eat too." I said aloud this time, since she didn't listen the first time.
"Okay Yoongi.." She responded quietly. She got herself a small bowl of soup and sat next to Jungkook on the end. She didn't meet my eyes every time I looked at her. It was now or never.
"Yoonmi, look at us. I know how much you've been trying to avoid the questions and explanations that you have to give, but it's time. If we act like nothing happened, it will keep happening." I state. I saw her visibly getting uncomfortable the more that I spoke. She tried to stand up, but to everyone's surprise, Jungkook held her wrist, like I did. She sat down and stared at her hands. I kept my eyes on her.

~Yoonmi's POV~

I looked around at everyone staring at me. Jungkook has not let go of my wrist yet. I tried to get him to let me go, but he held strong.
"We're waiting Yoonmi. We aren't leaving this until you talk." Yoongi spoke up again with a harsh voice.
"I don't know what you expect.. Did you expect me to just jump to open up?" I said with tears forming in my eyes.
"We expect you to be honest with us. That's all we're asking. Tell us what's going on." Namjoon added. I swallowed hard.
"I went to BigHit yesterday and was offered the artist contract, which was unexpected. I am scared of what people would say if they found out that I was offered it off the bat and that we are related. I am stressed about which company to choose. I don't want to be influenced, but at the same time, I want to be told what to choose. I don't want to make a mistake and end up regretting it. I want to show my music and my own passion. I got held up at Source Music and was late for Jellyfish, so I lost my opportunity. I was thinking too much and I went to our parents. I talked about custody and what it would take. Dad then only brought up about asking where you were and why you didn't come. They mentioned that you're too busy for me and that they asked you not to meddle in my life. Then I told them that you aren't busy and that all of you were here for me, but I said it in a bad tone. Dad got mad, which ended up like it always did. I ran away and made it to JYP for the last meeting before I needed time away. Then you called me back and I couldn't talk. I didn't want to worry you. Then you all came home, I felt guilty, which led me to leave. I went to the park for a while, then I ended up at BigHit." I spoke everything. Everyone's faces got more concerned as my story went on. Yoongi on the other hand got more upset. He was infuriated.
"Yoonmi. If I find out that you are lying to me with this next question, I will skin you. Did our parents abuse you before you moved out?" Yoongi asked with anger in his voice. I looked down at my hands, which now had visible teardrops on them. All I could manage was a nod of my head. I heard something smack the table. I looked up to see Yoongi punch the table with his fist.
"Dammit Yoonmi, why didn't you tell me?! I could have helped you! I am never too busy for that stuff!" Yoongi yelled. I cried harder.
"No, you're just too busy for other things..." I whispered. Jungkook's head shot around to stare at me, since he's the only one who heard me.
"Stop. You know that can't be helped." Jungkook lowered his voice.

I slipped out of his grip and held both of my hands in my lap. My wrist was red, but that was unintentional. All of the guys became uncomfortable, probably because of the amount of anger that Yoongi was now showing. He looked like he was calming down. Jin was upset too, he\is face was stern. Namjoon showed similar facial expressions as Yoongi. Jimin and Hoseok looked like they could cry at any moment. Jungkook was close to my age, so I think he felt this personally. Taehyung was different from everyone. He had a blank expression on his face, btu what scared me was that he was the next to speak.

"Do you trust us?" Taehyung asked while turning to face me. I was caught off guard. Of course I trusted them, trusted them with my life.
"Of course I trust you guys." I replied. He huffed.
"Then why do you keep lying to us?" He asked as he sounded to be getting more annoyed.
"I don't want to be a burden among you guys. You guys show me so much love and care. All I can show is how weak I am. I came in with problems that I haven't gotten over yet." I said with a shaky voice.
"You think we all came here perfect? You think that we became close by lying? You mean a lot to us, we want to protect you. We also want you to grow up independent." Taehyung pointed out.
I expected this from Yoongi, but I am also relieved that it came from someone else at the same time.
"Taehyung is right. We want to be there for you, but for us to know what's wrong, you have to tell us." Jimin sighed
"We don't read minds kid." Hoseok spoke up. Jungkook put my hand on my shoulder.
"So show me. I'll show you." Jungkook sung. I was caught off guard when he started to sing. I think everyone else was too.
"Those lyrics aren't just for entertainment Yoonmi. We write them and sing them for a purpose. The purpose right now is you. Don't lie to us and speak up. If you show us what's going on, we'll show you how we care." Jungkook added
"I'm sorry. In light of all of this, I made a decision." I admitted as I stood up.
"You guys got it all, please. I have to go out, I know what I'm going to do." I begged.

Nobody said anything, so I took that and ran with it. I grabbed my purse, one packet from the table, and ran towards the door to put my shoes on. I turned to face all the guys, who's faces turned to smiles. I think they knew. I put them on and ran out the door. I knew what I was going to choose. I knew what I was going to do. I just had to let my feet guide me to the answers. My life can begin. I ran until I reached the building I was looking far, BigHit Entertainment. I knew what I had to do. I had to stay close to all of them. This was the way to do it.
