"Okay So now do you guys understand why I left?" I ask after spending 20 minutes explaining everything to Calum and Michael. I just left out the part about Luke being Melody's father.

"I understand but why couldn't you tell us? Or Luke at least. I mean he was worried sick about you. We all were."Calum asks.

"I was scared." I say quietly, afraid they will catch on. Michael gasps.

"Skylar, is Melody Luke's?" He asks placing a hand on my knee as I look down at my hands on my lap. I let out a slight nod.

"Oh Skylar." Calum says.
"He has been losing his mind thinking Harry was the father." Harry's eyes widen.

"Great. Not only does Luke not know he has a kid but now he probably hates me."

"That's not important right now. Let's just have a good time with the kids." Ashton suggests. We all nod our head and Mel and Wes skip over to us. They both hop up onto the couch in between Calum and Ashton.

"Can I take a picture with you Ashton?" Wes asks politely.

"I would love to take a picture with my mini me." Ashton says picking up Wes and placing him on his lap. Cole takes out his phone and snaps the picture of the two.

"So are you supposed to be mini Luke?" Michael asks nudging Melody. She nods.

"Ya. I like Luke. He's my favorite." She says innocently. All three boys gasp.

"Really Mel!"

"I'm hurt."

"I thought I was your favorite." They all joke. Melody laughs.

"I like you guys too." After talking for a long time and playing with the kids, both Melody and Weston fell asleep.

"Sky, I think you should talk to Luke." Ashton says causing me to sigh.

"I can't just come face to face with him for the first time in four years and just be like 'hey Luke remember me? Oh yeah! You also have a four year old daughter.' Yeah I don't think that will work very well."

"Listen Skylar, I know I can't understand the situation you're in, but Mel should know who her dad is. I mean, hasn't she ever asked?" Michael asks.

"She never asked. I mean, she knows she has a dad but she never asked who it was." It's true. She only ever asked once. And all she asked was if she had a dad. I don't know what I would tell her if she asked who her dad was.

"I still think she should at least meet Luke. He's her idol Sky. She already loves him and she hasn't even met him." Cole says sitting next to me. I shake my head and he sighs pulling me into his side.
"You know you want to talk to him Sky. I know it's terrifying, but I also know you feel horrible if you didn't. Luke deserves to know he has a daughter." I shake my head again.
"Well, we are here for a week. You have time to think about it. Okay?" This time I nod just to get Cole to stop talking about Luke.

"So, where are you guys staying?" Calum asks, changing the subject.

"We have a room at the hotel down the street." Harry explains.

"You guys don't have to stay at a hotel. You could've stayed with me!" Ashton says throwing his arms in the air.

"Ash, you live next door to Luke." Calum says in a 'duh' tone. Ashton's mouth forms and 'o' and he nods.

"You guys could stay with me. I would love to catch up some more."Michael suggests.

"No Mikey, it's fine. I don't want to get in the way. We will just stay at the hotel." I say shaking my head.

"Come on Skylar, you're not a burden, I just want to spend some time with you." He begs. I sigh and agree making him scream with excitement. Everyone shushed him and pointed at the sleeping children. However, Michaels scream ended up making Melody scream.

"I'm sorry Mel, you can go back to sleep." He says softly.

"Why are you screaming Uncle Mikey?" She says groggily.

"We're going to sleep over at Uncle Michaels House." I explain making her smile.

"Yay!" Yay indeed.
