"Okay, I have 20 minutes, are you guys coming too?" Luke asked me. Today the boys have an interview then we leave for Australia later tonight.

"Maybe I should come," I admit. Today is the day we are finally speaking out after almost 2 months of non stop rumors.

"Good idea. I'll get the kids ready." He kisses my lips and disappears into one of the kids bedrooms. I smile and go into Luke and I's bedroom. I wore a simple yellow dress and brushed my natural hair. I apply some minimal makeup and put on a pair of white converse before going into the living room where everyone else is waiting. I see that both Brady and Mel are dressed and ready to go. I give each of them a snack for the drive and we head out to the car. After making sure everyone is buckled, Luke pulls out of the driveway and follows the rest of the boys to the interview spot. I have to admit that I'm nervous but I think everything will be okay because the boys have known the interviewer since they started doing interviews. It only took a few minutes before we were parked in the radio studio. I helped Mel out of the car and she held Brady's hand as we walked into the building. Michael, Ashton and Calum had gotten there a few minutes before us so we said hello to them before the boys were called in.

"You can come in too if you want and we can get you a head set." The lady offered me. I thanked her and followed them in. I walked into a room with a big desk and walls of glass. I smiled when I saw Brady and Mel playing together with the same lady on the other side of the glass. We shook hands with the interviewer and he caught up about life with the boys for a little bit because they haven't seen him in a while. Soon we were told the interview would begin. I sat quietly in my chair with the headphones on as Luke, Calum, Michael and Ashton talked to the interviewer. This went on for about 15 minutes until I was brought up.

"Okay guys. You know I hate being the annoying one. I already know but can you clear up some things for the fans listening at home." He asks and we all know it was about me. Luke says yes.
"Okay, Well first I guess... I don't know where to start, do you just want to tell the story?" Luke nods and begins explaining.

"Alright well about 4 years ago, many of you may know that Ashton's sister, Skylar, moved in with us. We dated for a little bit and after three months she decided that it was best for her mental health I'd she moved away. The plan was that her and Harry Styles, who is a very close friend, would stay in England for about a year. Once they moved, Skylar found out she was pregnant and was too scared to come back. She ended up having a beautiful little girl, Melody, who you have seen pictures of. I AM Melody's father, not anyone else. Skylar recently came back about two months ago and a lot has happened since then. Her and Mel moved in with me. We are also ack together and couldn't be happier. We also have Skylar's half brother, Brady, living with us. We legally adopted him and now we are just a happy family."Luke explains. We all nod.

"Wow. So a lot has happened. That has pretty much cleared up everything. We also have the woman herself, Skylar Irwin, with us in the studio today. Skylar how have you been through all this?" The interviewer asks me.

"Um, it was hard at first. When I found out I was pregnant I was terrified. Harry was really great and helped me a lot. I am so great full for all of my friends and Luke for being so understanding. It was difficult to get here but now I'm living my best life." I say with a smile.

"That's amazing." The interview lasted about 10 minutes more before we signed off. We still stayed sitting at the desk just talking to the interviewer about random stuff. Eventually he kids came in and joined us.
"Hi guys." The interviewer, Ryan, says as Brady walks in with Mel holding his hand.

"Hello." She cheers definitely not shy.

"Come here Mel." Calum says and she skips over to him. He picks her up and sits her on his lap. She lays her head on his shoulder and plays with his fingers. Brady stays standing next to me.

"What's wrong buddy?" I ask him.

"My head hurts." He whispers. I frown and stand up.

"It's okay, we're about to leave. Let's go sit in the car while they say goodbye." I say goodbye to Ryan and wrap my arm around Brady's shoulder as we wait in the car. We talked about random stuff while we waited for the boys. Just a few more hours and we will be on a plane to Australia.
