Luke's PoV

We were all eating our breakfast at the table in a comfortable silence until Brady pointed something out.

"Oh no, what happened!" He asks with a worried expression as he looks at Skylars arm. She looked down in confusion before her eyes widened and she put her hands under the table in attempt to hide her arms.

"Oh... I Uh I fell the other day. But I'm okay." She reassures him making the small boy smile before he continues eating. Rose looks at me with a worried look before looking at everyone else. Ashton has a sympathetic look but is trying to hide it since Rose doesn't know that he knows. Louis isn't paying attention because he is shoveling food into his mouth. Harry is just looking at her with a blank face and Lauren is looking down at her hands. I hear a small sniffle coming from next to me and I turn to her. I can see that she is trying to hide her tears. I gently tap her leg under the table trying to get her attention. She looks up at me slightly with a crying face. I send her a sympathetic smile before nodding my head away from the table signaling for her to get up and leave. She does and I wait a few minutes before following behind her. I walk up the stairs and knock on Lauren's door before opening it and seeing her crying on her bed. She is laying on her stomach with her head buried in the pillow and I hear quiet sobs. I frown and walk over to the bed. I sit down and rub her back in attempt to calm her down. After a moment she sits up and looks at me with sad eyes.

"What's wrong?" I ask her quietly.

"I hate this. I hate that she has to feel like she needs to hurt herself. My entire life I've watched her suffer and I hate it. I love her so much and I can't stand knowing that she hates herself. I thought she was better. She left for two years, two frickin years and I still have to worry everyday that she will do something to hurt herself. It stinks so much knowing there is nothing I can do." She begins to get choked up at the end and I pull her into a side hug.

"I know. I know it's hard. But you do not need to fell at fault or blame your self for this. You being there for her is enough. We can't all understand what she goes through, we just need to be there for her when she needs us." I whisper.

"Does Ash know?"

"Yea. But Skylar thinks I'm the only one who knows."

"Take care of her. Please?"

"I promise." There is a knock on the door and Harry walks in and joins us.
"There is actually something I wanted to talk to you guys about."

Skylars PoV

That was too damn close. I have no clue where Lauren, Harry and Luke disappeared to but that's fine. They can take care of themselves. After I finished eating. I decided that we should take Brady to get checked out, just to make sure he's okay. I told mom and she helped me make the appointment. We also decided that now is the time I should talk to him about the future. So mom, Brady and I all sat at the table.

"So Brady, I was wondering, would you rather stay here or come back home with Me. It's completely up to you. Whatever you pick, it doesn't have to be permanent. I'm coming back here in about a month for Christmas so nothing has to be final. I just want you to be comfortable." I explain and he nods. He looks at the table like he is trying to think.

"I think I want to go with Skylar." He decides. We smile at him and tell him that's fine. I give him a hug and we walk into the living room where Ashton and Louis were. Luke, Harry and Lauren also came and joined us soon after. We talked for a little bit before we had to leave for the doctor.

"Okay Brady, so we need to take you to the doctor that way we can make sure you are ready to come home with us." Immediately his smile fell.

"I don't want to go to the doctor." He mumbled. I frowned. I didn't want to fight with him or make him upset, but he needed to go.

"How about we get ice cream after?" Luke asks him. Brady smiles and nods. I mouth 'Thank you'' to Luke and we go to the car. Mom drove Harry, Ashton and Louis and Luke drove me, Brady and Lauren. The ride to the doctor was filled with us screaming song lyrics and just having a good time. It was amazing to see Brady in such a happy state. Which didn't last long once we arrived at the doctors office.
