Luke's POV

After a little bit, the boys left and Rose was still asleep while I was quietly crying to myself on the couch with my head in my hands. I feel horrible. How could I have let this happen? I was snapped out of my thoughts when I heard the front door open. I stood up quick and wiped away my tears to reveal Harry and Melody closing the front door. Harry places the small girl in her feet and smiled at me.

"Hey Luke. Just dropping off the little one." He smiles. Melody looks at me.

"Hi Daddy!" She squeals running into my arms. I hug her tight and look up at Harry. He mouths 'are you okay?' And I nod. I pull away from Mel and smile.
"Why are you sad?" She asks with a slight frown.

"I'm not sweetie." I lie.

"Where's mommy?"

"She's sleeping. She doesn't feel too good." I explain earning a nod from the small girl.

"Oh. We were also talking about going out tomorrow so keep an eye on the group chat." Harry explains. I nod and We say goodbye to Harry and I take off Mel's coat.

"Is mommy okay?" She asks me innocently. I sigh and pick her up. I walk over to the couch and keep Mel on my lap.

"Mommy is just a little sad right now but she will be okay." I say with a slight smile so she isn't scared. She just nods.
"Okay. How about we get you ready for bed." I suggest.

"Aww. But I wanted to watch a movie." She pouts.

"Hmmm. I think that if you go get into some Pajamas then we can watch a movie. Is that okay?" Mel smiles and runs into her room to get changed. I laugh and go to check on Rose. I walk into our bedroom quietly and see that she is still asleep. I walk over to the bed and place a kiss on her cheek.
"I love you Rose. Don't forget that." I whisper rubbing my index finger over the cheek I just kissed. I pull away from my sleeping girlfriend and walk out of the room and to the living room where Mel is waiting patiently dressed in a matching set of pink Pajamas. I laugh and sit next to her, pulling her into my arms and press play on the movie she chose. We cuddled together and watched the movie. About halfway through, I could tell Mel was drifting to sleep but still trying to watch the movie when I heard hushed footsteps. I turn my head and see Rose tiptoeing out of our bedroom. I smile at her when I make eye contact and move my head signalling for her to come join us. She does and sits right next to me. I place an arms around her and pull her into my side. She places her hand on Mel's back and her head on my chest.

"Hi mommy." Mel mumbles sleepily.

"Hi baby." Rose responds quietly. I place a kiss on the top of both of their heads and cuddled them close to me until we all fell asleep feeling content.

"Daddy, daddy wake up." I feel a small finger poking my cheek and I slowly open my eyes to meet the small girls.

"What's wrong sweetie?"

"Your phone is going buzz buzz." She says making me smile at how adorable she is. I pick up my phone and see that I have a bunch of texts from everyone. Some from ash,mike and cal asking about Skylar, and the rest from our big group chat asking if we wanted to all go to breakfast. I quickly reply to all of them and get up. Well attempt to. I was stopped by the light weight of Roses sleeping body cuddled into me. I smile slightly and send Mel to go get dressed. I place a kiss on Roses head and rub her back softly.

"Rose, baby we are going to breakfast. You need to wake up if you want to come." I whisper and watch as she slowly wakes up. She rubs her eyes and mumbles a groggy good morning making me laugh.
"Good morning." I kiss her lips.
"We are all going to breakfast in a little bit. Do you want to come?"

"Yeah. I'll go get ready." She gets up hurriedly. I can tell she doesn't want to discuss yesterday.

"I love you." I yell to her as she walks into our room. She stops and looks at me with a genuine smile.

"I love you too Luke." I smile back at her and she runs off to get ready. I'm slowly getting MY rose back.

Hey guys. Sorry this took a long time to update. School just started for me and I've been very busy. I'm also working on another 5SOS fanfic and I have 6 chapters done. I'm going to do a few more before I publish it just so I'm ahead. Keep you're eyes out for the new updates. Love you guys. 🖤
