is loving you so wrong?

they believe so.

every night, i close my eyes and dream of a different place,

perhaps a field of grass.

we could go for a walk or stare up at the sky,

i could tell you everything i want to.

i could kiss each and every freckle on your face.

i could hold you a little bit closer.

but when i wake up,

i can't love you.

. . .
