"You got something to say?" Bellamy breathes out, after we had finally ran back to camp, and are finally able to breathe.

"I told you, no guns!" Finn shouts.

"And I told you we couldn't trust the grounders, I was right!" Clarke yells back.

"Why didn't you tell me what you were up to?" Raven also joins in.

"I tried! But you were too busy making bullets for your guns!" Finn tells her.

"You're lucky she brought that! They came there to kill you, Finn." Bellamy defends Raven.

"You don't know that! Jasper fired the first shot!" Finn calls back and he is technically right.

"You ruined everything." Octavia says, before storming off.

"I saved you!" Jasper calls out after her.

"You're welcome." He scoffs before also walking away.

"Well, if we weren't at war already, we sure as hell are now." Finn begins, and Clarke and Bellamy roll their eyes. "You didn't have to trust the Grounders. You just had to trust me." Finn huffs to Clarke before looking at me and then walking off, Raven close behind him.

Suddenly there's an explosion and myself and Clarke turn around looking in the distance, only to see the Exodus Ship in the sky. I gasp with relief. Kane.

"They're early." I whisper under my breath.

The ship continues to rapidly fall from the sky, not slowing down and my smile turns serious as I realise something isn't right.

"Wait. Too fast. No parachute? Something's wrong." Clarke stepping forwards as we watch it still go really fast even when it's close to the ground. Please slow down, please slow down.

But it doesn't. The ship collides with the ground, forcing it to explode in front of our eyes, creating a mushroom cloud.

"No." I breathe to myself, tears appearing in my eyes and running my hands through my hair, turning around and walking a little away from the two. I can't lose Kane. He's the only family I have left. I just can't.

The tears stream down my face and I feel like screaming as my heart sinks and I feel like stabbing myself in the chest. He's gone.

Twisted metal and torn wires surround a smouldering crate where the Exodus Ship made impact.

I walk through the scorched wreckage in a daze, searching for signs of hope, but the charred, unidentifiable human remains strewn about leave no room for optimism. Raven and the others are here to find out why the hell the ship crashed. But Clarke and I are here to grieve our lost ones.

I look around at the ground Kane was supposed to be walking on, where I would go to him and tell him how much I missed him. I know he'd tell me he had promised he would come down, and be with me on the ground. That dad would be proud of the where I am now. I guess, in a horrible way, he didn't break his promise. A single tear crawls down my cheek thinking about it, what could have happened. But it never will.

"Stay sharp. Grounder retaliation for what happened on the bridge is coming, just a matter of when." Bellamy shouts as I stand looking over a skeleton, burnt by the explosion. I don't know who the hell this is, but the thought of it being Kane makes my blood boil.
