"Hey, Ariel, could you help me out with something?" Jasper asks me as I walk back into camp carrying a pile of logs Ron had requested me to get.

"Yeah sure what's up?" I ask him.

"I need those." He points at the logs in my arms and I give him a straight face.

"Absolutely not. Ron needs these for the fire in meat furnace." I tell him waltzing past him and towards the one who actually asked me before hand for the items.

"Ok, well, you barely know Ron, and we're pals, so I say you give me half, give Ron half, and I promise I'll owe you?" He pleads running in front of me and I roll my eyes.

"Fine. What do you even need them for?" I ask him as I unload half of the logs in my arms to him.

"Trying to make split bullets. It's basically just bullets split in 2. Pretty neat huh?" He smirks.

"I will never understand you Raven and Monty's minds." I sigh. "Take good care of these it took forever to chop them up." I point at him with my one arm spare and he nods, signalling me.

"Aye, aye captain." He beams, running off to his tent.

I smile watching him as I walk back into the main part of the camp, only suddenly I see the exact meat furnace I was approaching burst into flames from afar. "Shit." I say under my breath as I run towards the flames, dropping the logs I was carrying to make sure everyone's ok.

I spot Clarke approaching the disaster too and I look at her as we both assess the damage.

The entire meat furnace is in flames. Completely destroyed. Along with our food.

I look down and notice Octavia hunched over, Bellamy hands on her probably making sure she's ok since she had been stationed there along with Murphy and Ron. I hadn't spoken to Bellamy at all since what had happened last night. I had just left, and to be honest, I hadn't known what to say. I think we had both just been avoiding each other. But I don't regret anything that happened. I can't.

"Bell now what are we gonna do? That was all the food." Octavia exclaims.

And for a second Bellamy's worried eyes meet mine and we know, we all know, we are royally fucked.

_

"Hey." I hear from behind me, as I approach the drop ship to get geared up and ready to leave camp, and already recognise the voice to be Bellamy's, and all of a sudden an influx of butterflies take hold of my stomach. I miss when I was clueless to my feelings towards him, because now I have no idea how to act.

"Hi." I breath out.

"You're going out?" He asks me.

"Yeah." I reply simply. He looks at me a little confused.

"Are you ok?"

"Yeah. Why wouldn't I be?" I awkwardly smile.

"You're just acting...weird." He half smiles and I furrow my eyebrows.
