20 questions and Starbucks. Yep, that was Jane's definition of a Saturday.
"Okay favorite movie?"
"Mean Girls." she told me, sipping on her cappuccino.
"I swear I thought it was The Fault In Our Stars or something like that?" then she started laughing.
"Wow. TFIOS, that's like the worst movie ever. You see Luke, I don't believe in love nor do I believe I'll be in love." she looked down at her shoes and continued drinking.
"Are you serious?"
"Don't I look serious?" she raised her eyebrows.
"You probably had tons of boyfriends already! You look so stunning. You're just joking!"
"I'll be honest with you Luke. This may be really embarrassing but I never had a boyfriend, nor have I been in love. Love is just another stuck up word, we keep on believing it but its not even real!" and she walked out of the shop.
I followed her and just like yesterday, Maddy was with her boyfriend.
And of course, I couldn't let her see that Jane was upset with me. I pushed her against the wall and started kissing her.
"What are you--doing Luke." she tried to say in between the kiss.
"Maddy's here with her boyfriend." and she pushed me away.
"Wow Luke! What's with you and snogging your girlfriend in cafés?" Maddy asked.
"Eh, Jane is just really hot and I can't keep my hands off her." I joked but somehow the being hot part was true.
"Well I hope you do good in bed girl. Luke is pretty rough." beside me was Jane who was redder than a tomato.
"How's Alexa by the way?" I mentally face-palmed. Why did I ask that, I'm supposed to forget her.
"Oh she's fine! She's going out with Todd so yeah."
"Oh Todd Grants? Wow, tell her to keep safe." the jealousy in the pit of my stomach was growing bigger. I had to stop myself from begging Maddy to tell Alexa that I still love her.
"Well we have to go! Nice meeting you Maddy!" Jane finally spoke up and dragged me away.

"There, there Luke. No need to cry." she said while she wiped my tears away with the pad of her thumb.
"I'll be here for you and I'm gonna help you get over her, okay?" she said hugging me tightly.
I couldn't get enough of our position. We were both on my couch, cuddled together as I sobbed like a broken hearted girl.
"You pinky promise?" I asked sniffing.
"This may be the gayest thing I've ever done but what the heck?! Yes, I pinky promise."
And so we just stayed in that same position with our pinky's intertwined.
