I hugged JB as I kepr crying.
The girl from earlier approached me with a bottle of water on her hands and an apologetic face.
"Don't worry. You'll do better at a different drama." She said with a smile and I nodded.
There's nothing more I can do.
"I DONT CARE WHO YOU ARE OR WHAT YOU DO! YOU CANNOT DO THIS TO MY HARDWORKING GIRL!" I heard my manager yell as he was being dragged by two bodyguards out of the meeting room.
"Park Seo Joon!" The director yelled after he saw Seo Joon, while the other just ignored him.
"I already said what I had to say. I'm not coming back if Lynn Ah isn't." He said sternly and I looked up at him.
He showed me a smile and I barely managed one back.
I turned to JB who was looking down at me and pulled my hair away from my face before placing a kiss on my forehead.
"Don't drag me!" The manager yelled and I looked over at him. They let him go and he ran over to me.
"You cried? YOU CRIED?" He said looking at me wide eyed.
"Please stop!" I yelled after him before he could go to fight with the director again.
My manager was my best friend, my brother, my rock, but sometimes he acts so overprotectively and just embarrases both me and himself.
I shook my head at him while smiling in disbelief.
"All this for nothing." I said sadly while wiping my tears away.
I worked so hard to get this role and I didn't.
I never felt more disappointed in myself.
"Honey, are you ready to go?" He said and I nodded with a smile.
I got up and started walking with JB, my manager and Seo Joon to the parking lot.
"Sunglasses!" My manager said handing me some, just in time before the paparazzi showed up to take pictures.
They kept on asking questions at us while we were trying to make our way through them.

"What are you two doing together?"
"When did you start dating?"
"How long have you two been together?"
"Are you having thoughts for a further relationship like marriage?"

I sighed but kept walking until we made it to the car. I decided to go with JB instead of my manager.
I waved bye to Seo Joon and my manager before entering the car.
We drove away and this whole time we were in silence. Both me and JB.
"I'm sorry." He said after a while.
"About what?" I asked still looking ahead.
"About being the reason you lost this opportunity you worked so hard for." He said sadly and I turned to him.
"What? Baby it's not you." I said softly. My baby is blaming himself. No!
"Baby?" he smiled and I blushed.
"Please, don't think this is because of you. It's because of that man's stupid mentality." I said angrily, thinking about how much I would want to smash his head through that huge window at the entrance.
"It's because of me. Maybe if we weren't datin-" He started but I interrupted him, "Don't you want to date me?" I asked and his eyes widened, "Yes bu-" he wanted to protest.
"You promised to be beside me through everything right? All the dark and sad times?" I asked and he nodded to answer my question.
