When I woke up, I was on a gurney again.
"OH MY GOSH!" I shrieked.
"Get Loki, She's up," Tony called.
Natasha ran out, and Tony walked over.
"How are ya doing? Feeling better?"
I nodded and felt no pain, much to my surprise.
"Your dad healed you." He said.
"I'll have to thank him," I said.
Tony nodded. "He's been worried sick. This is the second time you've been attacked in a week, and he is not happy."
"Of course I'm not." He said, walking in.
I reached up, and he hugged me.
"Hey," I said happily.
"You fought well." He praised.
"Thanks. I was terrified, but thanks."
He pulled away, and I noticed a litter of cuts on his face.
"I'm sorry I stopped answering. We were attacked as well. Our jet crashed, and I lost consciousness."
I nodded. "We got some help," I admitted.
He looked confused. "Whom from?" He asked.
"She said her name was Hela, and she was my aunt."
He groaned loudly. "Hang on, Älskling." He walked out and came back in with Uncle Thor.
"What did she look like?" Uncle asked.
"Like dad. Except for a girl." They both nodded.
"Are you sure you're not the adopted one? You're like the jock in a family of drama club goths."
He nodded.
"She gave me this and said I could call her if I needed help again. Can I keep it?"
Dad picked it up and examined it. "I suppose. Especially since the Chitauri seem to be attacking us on all fronts."
I smiled and clipped the necklace on.
Dad sat beside me. "Are you feeling better?" He asked.
"Yeah. Thanks to you." I said.
"It was the least I could do." I smiled.
"It wasn't your fault," I said, patting the hand he'd wrapped around my shoulder.
"We need to figure out a way to make sure we get there next time," Uncle announced.
"I have one, but Anthony doesn't like it," Dad said mockingly.
"No funny business!" He shouted.
"It's Astrid's safety or your personal comfort." Uncle snapped. He then turned to dad. "Full permission for funny business to protect Astrid," Uncle said.
Peter walked in. "That's a bad idea. I think so, and so does Cassian. Oh my gosh, you're alive!" He exclaimed.
I nodded.
"I was really scared cos you passed out after the lady handed you to me. Who was that?" He asked.
"My aunt," I replied.
He nodded. "That's cool. Sorry I couldn't help more. I landed on my head when I got tossed. I had a fancy concussion and everything." He said.
"At least it wasn't anything important," I said.
"Yeah, it could've... Hey!" I chuckled. "I'm just really glad you're alive. I think mister prince Loki sir would've killed all the alien guys again."
I cracked up at the title.
