It's a new day for both the families. Both the families have started the preparation for the engagement . And our very dear manan have been busy with their own work so that they can both get tym for each other after the engagement as both the families decided for their a small trip.

Manik's thoughts: It was after the day when they both went shopping for the rings. All four of them were at the food court talking ,laughing and of course staring each other(obviously manan) . When manik phone rang and he was called to the office. He left his food in the middle and leaving Nandini worried as she knows he didn't had lunch also .

After an hour or so when Nandini also reaches home with her remaining shopping she called manik. Here manik also just came from a long meeting and completely forgot about the food just then his phone rang and he got a big smile on his face.
Call conversation- Manik- hey. Nandini- hii.(tiredly) Manik- u ok. U don't sound well. Nandini-yeah I m fine. Actually I just got back. So a lil tired. Manik- so Nandini u should rest a while. Why did u call ? U could have talkes later. Nandini- actually u just wanted to know did u had ur food or not? Manik- but Nandini u had wid u people. Nandini-kha manik. We just started eating and u left. Manik-ohh yeah I just forgot. Nandini-so now plz have it. Manik- but I m not that hungry. Nandini-manik plz have it. Otherwise u'll get sick . Manik -but.. Nandini (interrupted)-but vat Kuch nhi.. Just have it. Manik-ohk Baba. I 'll Nandini- not I'll ..order ryt now. Manik knew she wasn't going to let it go so he ordered through intercom. Manik-happy now. Y Heard. Nandini(smilingly)-yeah. Ohk Manik plz get freshned up and have ur food . We'll talk later. Manik-no it's ohk. We can talk.. Nandini-nhi manik. We shouldn't talk while eating. Aap kha lijiye then call. But if u r busy then we can talk in the night. Manik-nhi I m not busy. I 'll call after eating.
They cut the call Nd after sometime he called back. They talked for like an hour.
Just then there was a knock in his cabin making him come out of his thoughts.. He is called for the meeting. Just then his phone pinged with a message.. "Manik I don't know if had food or not but if not please make sure to have it actually I couldn't call as I was in a surgery it's just got completed. And don't stress urself with so much of work.i know u r trying to complete ur work early for that we can spend tym during the vacation.. But it's ok if u r not just make sure u don't fall sick. Byee. And take care". Manik is just smiling throughout the message and had some kind of peace in his face.

And replied. "I ate. And u too don't stress urself and have ur meals and rest on tym . And I m not exerting myself with work but u definitely are as I know that surgery took for hours and u haven't had ur lunch. So mam it is my humble request that u have ur food and take some rest. Bye. 😉
