Chapter VII

IM BACK BABY! I considered not finishing this series then I got my common sense back. My brain was like "Bitch no, this story was your everything and you're going to make it your everything again or I'll cut you ho."
So, yeah. I took a long but much needed break and I'll be posting regularly again! Thank you to everyone who has been patient with me it really means a lot! WUTBM will be finished!

A new set of worries came to Shiro as he examined the planet they were supposed to save. It was cold, it was scary, and it was heavily guarded. The ground shook as the Black Lion landed. Matt stood up from his seat and exited to join his sister and friends. Shiro took a moment for himself and examined the look on his boyfriends face through the cockpit. This was a face Shiro recognized, it was the look of bottling up his feeling to the depths of himself. Shiro sighed as he stood up and exited the lion himself.
The team said a few quick hellos and then turned to Allura, who was explaining the plan. Adam walked over to stand next to Shiro, putting a hand on his shoulder. Adam have him a look saying 'are you okay?" Shiro nodded and faced Allura, feeling his loved one's hand transfer to his own hand, giving it a small squeeze before returning his attention to the princess. After everything Allura made sure everyone knew what was going on. Lance most definitely didn't but Allura stopped caring after a few minutes.
After the teams where broken up, the mission had begun. Shiro followed Matt, Keith, and Allura into the tunnels made by the BOM while Adam, Lance, Pidge, and Hunk went into the main building instead. They decided to split up since they didn't exactly know where the part was. And of course, the couple was put into separate teams.
  "So, Keith, it's kinda cool we're here. You could be related to someone who built this." Matt said stupidly. The team had recently found about about Keith's heritage and let's just say Matt was t taking it super great.
"Matt, stop." Shiro sighed.
"Right." He said as he looked forward again.
Matt, you sweet idiot. Shiro thought as he saw how uncomfortable Keith was.
"Anyways, we'll be at the center base soon. Be ready." Allura said. The team nodded.
"What do you think the other guys are doing right now? Adam's probably trying to find a way to be better than me without realizing it." Matt scoffed.

Meanwhile...

"Lance, don't blow that up!!!!"

Back to Shiro...

"Yeah, he's kind of like that." Shiro said as he carefully opened the tunnel exit.
"This way." He whispered as he climbed out with the team in his tail.
They made their way to the factory slowly and cautiously.
  "Shiro, you know where the part is right?" Keith whispered.
  "I think so." He replied.
  "You think so? This is our lives at stake!" Keith whisper screemed.
  "Calm down. We make mistakes like this all the time but things always seem to work out." Matt claimed.
  "Team, please focus." Allura mocked.
They turned back to the front.
  "Shiro, you go in first. They're more scared of you." Matt suggested. Shiro frowned.
  "Fine."
They made it to the factory after what felt like 10,000 years-Allura would know.
  "Okay team, you ready?" Shiro whispered. They nodded.
He pushed the door open which caught the attention of all the Galra droids.
They charged at the team but they were ready to kill some thots.
After the took them out Shiro rushed over to the volt Allura said the part was in. He opened it and..... nothing.
  "Crap." He whispered under his breath. "We may have a problem."
Matt groaned.
  "Come on man, I thought I was going to make it out of this alive." He whined.
Shiro sighed.
Shitshitshitshitshit
"It's the paladins!" A voice from behind yelled. Shiro turned around to see a tall, muscular, Galra man in front of his eyes.
"I'll do this myself then." The man said before raising his hand. He gets his hand ready to snap.

"Well, fuck." Shiro says before everything becomes dark. The only noise was the snap of two fingers.

Shorter chapter than usual but I'm trying my best okay.
