you were currently examining a flower, it was the first hour on earth and, like everyone else, you were mesmerised.

-"(y/n)?" a voice caused you to turn.

you frowned your eyes at a little girl that stood in front of you.

-"(y/n) (y/l/n)?" the small (y/h/c) questioned you.

-"that's me." you told her.

she ran towards you and engulfed you in a hug, she had to be around thirteen.

-"i'm sorry, but who are you?" you asked, lightly pushing the girl back so you could get a good look at her.

her features seemed familiar, but you couldn't quite find out why.

the girls eyes were glossy, almost like she was about to cry.

-"i'm jacinta (y/l/n), your sister." the small girl told you, slightly confused.

you were instantly speechless, how did you not recognise her?

-"(y/n)?" everything started going black.

-"(y/n)!" you jolted awake, tears streaming your face.

you gasped for air, looking around the room for your sister.

octavia stood by your makeshift bed.

-"hey, it's okay." she tried to calm you down.

you started to cry harder.

-"she's gone," you sobbed.

-"she's gone because of me." you cried louder.

-"it's okay." octavia held you.

-"it's okay." she whispered.

it was currently the third night on earth, and it was the third time you had a nightmare about your sister, each one different.

you slowly drifted off to sleep in your friends arms.

-"she needs something to help her!" you heard someone argue, most likely octavia.

-"there's nothing i can do, octavia." a deep voice told her.

-"please bellamy," you could tell octavia was sad, "ask around, tell someone to be a therapist or something! she needs someone and right now i'm not working."

-"fine." his deep voice groaned.

you heard the footsteps faintly leave.

you slowly opened your eyes to an empty tent.

you got up and slid on your boots.

you walked out of the tent and looked around the loud camp, full of people ordering other people around.

you walked over to the tree with a flower on it, the same flower from the dream.

you plucked it and looking at its details.

-"(y/n)?" you turned, hopeful it was just like the dream.

but it wasn't.

-"yes clarke?" you answered.

-"could you get some seaweed from the river we went to the other day and bring bellamy, he has a gun just in case the grounders come by." clarke held out a bag.

-"yeah, sure." you took the bag with a smile.

you put the flower in your hair just how finn did to octavia on the first day you had arrived.

when everyone was at peace.

you walked to bellamy who was talking with a few boys, who you knew because you were in the same classes as them.
