*Love for Allah*

بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم

Today we are in this world. We have been promised Mulaqaat with Allah. The example I gave you is of Haraam love. The love with Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala is the success of Dunya and Aakhirat, yet are we the same as that man who is awaiting with so much Showk, the meeting with the girl?
Are we awaiting our meeting with Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala with so much Showk the way a lover should be with his beloved?

Ya Allah when will we be able to meet you?

Are we reading the message Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala has given us with the same Showk as the man reading those SMS?
When the girl requests the boy to do her a favour, he will rush to fulfil her request.
Today Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala has not just requested us, rather he has commanded us to do some things and stay away from certain things. With what Showk do we make Amal to fulfil the commands and stay away from the prohibitions of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala?
Are we in the same category as that man?
We need to ask all these questions to ourselves.

Only when the true love of Allah will come, is when we will understand the reality of Islam. Until Hubbullah is not there, the reality of Imaan cannot be realized.

The Dua Nabi e Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam used to make;
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ حُبَّكَ
Ya Allah, I ask for your love.
Ya Allah fill the cup of my heart with your divine love. Such ecstatic love which will make me drunk and I become oblivious of this Dunya. I will turn my eyes away from this Dunya Ya Allah and my eyes become only for You.

وَحُبَّ مَنْ يُحِبُّكَ
And not only that Ya Allah, grant me the love of those who love You.
It is a very great Ne'mat to have the love of those people who have the love of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala. Yanike those whom we call Allah Wala. To have love for them is also a sign of Imaan. Through this love, Inshaallah Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala will bless us with His love.

وَحُبَّ عَمَلٍ يُقَرِّبُنِي إِلَى حُبِّكَ
And Ya Allah bless us with the love of such A'maal, actions which will bring us closer to your love.
Such actions which please Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, thus bring us closer to Him.
We should keep on making this Dua.

Remember one thing;
The love of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala is not cheap.

The love of Allah is more expensive than this entire world and whatever it contains.
