• Backstory: The son of a neutral wolf faunus and loving wolf neko Shade was the eldest child of the family. His life was calm and happy until when he was twelve Hazel showed up while Shade was off collectimg wood for fire. When shade came home he found his family dead and his house on fire. He held his family one last time before he dug their graves and buried them. He left his now burnt home and went to the streets of Vale where he soon figured out how to use his semblance to pickpockets. After a year he met Emerald and the two helped each other for four years until Shade was caught by Ironwood where Ozpin offered him a place at Beacon or allow Ironwood to send him to jail. Shade agreed as long as he could see his girlfriend Emerald. Ozpin agreed and the two made a plan to keep an eye on Salem with Emerald being Shade's inside man er...woman. Shade was put on a team of two aftee he demonstrated his skills and semblance in initiation. He has quickly risen to the top at Beacon along side his team of Nero and Lumi
