Steve stared at you from in his car, you had gone to the snowball and were comforting Dustin and you decided to dance with him. This drew the attention of many girls and Dustin didn't need your assistance anymore. That's when you waved in Steve's direction. Steve was about to wave back when he saw Jonathan walk through the door, he walked towards you and wrapped his arms around your waist and your hands hung loosely around his neck. You two were laughing but the laughter died down and you and Jonathan kissed. Steve couldn't help but feel a certain pain in his stomach as he watched the two kiss.
''Shit I messed up,'' Steve spoke as he rested his head against the steering wheel.
Steve and Y/n would always have feelings for each other. They would see different people and as long as they continued to the pain in their chest would stab lighter.
